    I saw in a Mustang magazine that they did a turbo kit on a fox body and they had to put on a more powerful ignition because it was being blown out. But dont take my word that thats your problem. Good Luck Blown out from boost.

    If your able to get them from Jim Cook Racing but its a matter of selling several Id be up to buy one. If price is reasonable.

    Wouldnt nissan have the original molds in storage? Im guessing they wouldnt throw that kind of thing away. Im amazed that no aftermarket company make a head. My friend has a 250 strait six mustang and they sell an aftermarket 4 valve head. I think theres more interest in z's then strait six mustangs.

    Looks really good. Im at about the same stage all the detachable body parts are almost ready to be painted and well be taking the car out next week for body work. Arent you supposed to paint the whole car at one time so the paint all looks the same?

    I was talking to the body shop that will be doing my car and they said new bondo wont crack its really flexible. They said theyve seen cars with twisted up fenders and the bondo has just flexed.

    Im ending up taking my car to get a new sunroof put in. Itll be the same tilt sunroof and will cost about 300 bucks. I found that itll be alot cheaper this way and if it leaks it has a lifetime waranty. Good Luck.

    Thats genuine 2+2! I think it makes the car look alot nicer in pictures like that.

    Is this the same spoiler your talking about? I like this one and Im having to decide on a spoiler. Does this spoiler blend in to the hatch? I have my hatch in primer and ready for paint so Ill have to redo some work if it does. I dont care about blending in the sides cause the car hasnt had any body work done yet.

    Looks good. I only got to see one of the pictures all the others are blocked because Im using the school across the streets wireless, but like everyone else has said thats a good looking 2+2. I had to quote your "thats right bitches, long live 2+2" and put it in my sig. Nicely said.

    Heres another 2+2 on ebay. Thought Id post it. Although the red looks good Im probably going for the toyota spectra blue.

    Ive found most of my weatherstripping I need but there are still a few I dont have. Ive checked BlackDragon and they dont have it.

    Yes the hatch is a different angle from what I know. Im actually planning on getting a spoiler but havent done the research yet to find out which one to use for the 2+2. Im gonna be leaving for 2 weeks tomorrow morning and when I get back well be taking the whole car out to have the body work done and it painted. So Ill need to find a spoiler pretty soon. Id like to just get the simple Bre style one but Im not sure.

    I had the same problem recently not sure what it is either. Havent worked on the suspension or brakes.

    Go to a header or exhaust shop and have them use one of there fancy schpancy machines to do it.

    That second picture looks really good! I probably wouldnt weld the doors shut but you could put a bar from the middle of the door to the front of the rear part of the roof, for strength. Im not sure how much youd need to beef it up but if you look at the weight differences from a convertible and its hardtop sibling (same car) the weight difference is quite a bit. (alot of strengthening)

    Paint doesnt stick to rust that well. Ive found some wheels and doors for my car in Medford when I was visiting my grandma. Id check the medford yards.

    I dont know if you want to know actually how the VVT mechanisim works, but if you do go get the latest C&D and they have a write up on all the different ways VVT works.

    Get some paint remover to take it down to the metal. Its alot quicker then sanding it down. As for the painting I have no idea never done it. All I know is that the spray can primer isnt as acidic? so it doesnt bite as much?

    Im pretty sure body wise there isnt anything that swaps between a zx and a Z.

    Ive found quite a few on craigslist up in WA. They were only 350-400 dollars for a whole donor turbo car. I didnt need a motor so I didnt buy it.

    Other then having a mild engine and tall gearing the problem with mpg on the Z is the aerodynamics. Im guessing improving the aerodynamics will improve mileage quite a bit?

    Ive always wanted to paint it gunmetal, but never found a 2+2 that I can see the color or a similar color, so Ive been hesitant. Ive wanted to paint it a blue because Ive seen other blue 2+2's. Ive been thinking of black but its pretty hard to keep clean and looking good. Im hoping once the car is all primed and only needs paitn Ill be able to imagine how it will look.

    The dealer would take it somewhere to get one installed if there is one. I got one on my car because the dealer thought it would be a good idea to cut a hole in the roof. Ive been looking for the original company that made it but there out of business so Im looking for a new one.
