  1. This is what I had to do on my truck, not sure if this is safe or not, buy they were rusted on good. I jacked up the rear, took the wheels off, then put the lugnuts back on. I then ran the truck through first and second gear, then tapped the brakes a few times, then repeated. It finally came loose after the fifth time, and practically fell off. EDIT: Just read now that you have all the hydraulic stuff off, I guess my suggestion won't be of much help.
  2. That is some impressive fab work to say the least.
  3. Looks like the joke is on the OP. EDIT: And the reason you can't see it on your 300zx, is because they didn't release it until the z32 if my memory serves right.
  4. No links required, good sir. I've just been checking out some of the basic measurements of the different Nissan motors for my own reference points. I'll buy you a beer if I ever meet you one day.
  5. 10-4. I always check all clearances anyways, but it's kind of nice to have a reference point before I buy parts.
  6. Watched this a few weeks ago. One of the best movies I have ever seen. I almost cried at one point. EDIT: and stumbleupon ftw!
  7. That is an awesome link, thanks for that!
  8. Sounds like you could have a bad master cylinder or slave. I'm not sure why it's happening only when it's warm, but it *could* be related to heating up the cylinder enough that it loses it's seal. I'd replace both the master and slave (pretty cheap) and I bet your problem will disappear.
  9. I have a pair too, I'll sell for cheap, but shipping might end up killing the deal for you.
  10. I like it, but I don't really like the rim selection on the P-shop.
  11. I'd never be able to mount speakers to the roof like that picture above. My headroom is already limited.
  12. I think that's a Canadian car if my memory serves me right. I'll ask around here and see if anyone recognizes it.
  13. http://www.winnipegheights.com - Local automotive site. http://www.yotatech.com - Toyota trucks. http://www.306motorclub.com - Other local site. http://www.pirate4x4.com - General 4x4 site. I've also been known to check out this crazy place called http://www.hybridz.org every once in a while. A bunch of crazy people on that site though.
  14. Advantages: - More traction in a straight line. - Easier to get sideways than an open diff. - Two wheeled burnout. Disadvantages: - Increased tire wear. - Old ladies give you dirty looks when making tight maneuvers in parking lots and you're "squealing your wheels." - More prone to breakage of axles. (someone will have to verify this point)
  15. You could probably get a local graphics/printing/decal shop to make you one locally. Might not be cheap though.
  16. A lot of 2wd differentials were actually 8". IFS front differentials were 7.5". Those Toyota diffs are almost damn near bulletproof, and there's a huge variety of gears available. Somewhere along the lines of 3.07-5.29. If you have the know-how, I say go ahead and do it.
  17. My local car forums had a huge thread on this, I'll try and find it and I'll post some of the funnier ones.
