  1. Crap. Weeks of not signing in, and I do so 5 hours too late. :/
  2. Your best bet for something decent would be your local graphics shop.
  3. What I'd like to know is why they would go into your shop with mace out. I mean, calling the police or simply leaving would make more sense at that point. Also, mace won't exactly work on a welding helmet, and she'd probably get quite a bit of back-splash on herself and her friend...
  4. Funny you mention this. I might be contracting with their Ft. Worth office here in a few weeks. This is if I don't get the overseas contract for DoD. I'll know more tomorrow.
  5. Have you thought of an MR2? I would avoid 240sx, as you'll have a hard time finding one that wasn't a "drifter" project 8 years ago, especially in SoCal. Most toyota's have dropped in value by 3% since the recall hooplah...
  6. As I understand it, registrations are pretty much immediate. You'll have to stand in line at the office the first time, but after that you'll be able to use their site for future registration. Do NOT take my word for it, however, as I'm only going on my 2nd semester.
  7. Tony D: the military has a similar policy. TCC Northeast Campus As I understand it, the 'no backing in' rule is to prevent side-swiping when you leave. This is especially true because all of the parking spots are at an angle, with one-way aisles.
  8. I know what you mean. The best one I've ever had was my ex-father-in-law's. Probably never have it again.
  9. I just meant that as a setup for the Red Dawn reference.
  10. They could just be trying to get pics without a watermark (you ARE watermarking them, aren't you?). It could also be that they are like most kids with an obsession: Quickly dropped once reality sets in.
  11. I bought mine while I was stationed in CA with my moving allowance (stupid, stupid, stupid!). While I was in Aghanistan for a year, it stayed in my mother's driveway and turned from a spotless gem to a rust pocketed nightmare! Make sure it's painted/primed right after you get it home! And about this car... Most of the people on this board wouldn't think twice about dumping a Z that isn't absolutely spotless, so sometimes it's hard to get an opinion that factors in sentimentality. I'm going to be acid dipping and having my 280z straightened, welded, and painted for 10-15k, and even I wouldn't touch this car! Hope that gives some perspective.
  12. I would take that over the regular camaro in a heartbeat! After '76, the firechicken noses looked like poo.
