  1. Sounds like a sweet ass ride! Whats your exhaust setup?
  2. I like the idea of buying two and finishing the ends.
  3. Its pretty dirty, particularly on the journals that act on the rockers, the lobes themselves and the cam tower journals are smooth and clean. If you don't want it I may just use it on something.
  4. Got it. I'll take a look after work.
  5. The story seems to be that sales were high enough here in the states that Nissan ran out of camshafts, and resorted to using datsun competition stock in order to fill the orders. This is what googling 'datsun c cam' brought up.
  6. Will early 260z hubs work? I have a pair.
  7. Are these any good for boost? How do they compare to the 'a' cam?
  8. Make an offer. I will get more pics after work today.
  9. http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n240/emp526/IMAG0702.jpg To me it looked like an incomplete 'c'. This is what came out of my early 260z. Its got E30 and E on the side.
  10. My apologies, it completely skipped my mind to look. Send me a pm so i'll get the reminder on my phone.
  11. Got a black one from an early 260z. Good shape. Pm if interested.
  12. Still got the cam from my 260z. Dont know about that stamp. I'll have to confirm.
  13. Replace it, let someone who can appreciate it give it a loving home. By someone, I mean me.
  14. Have one pending. Thanks. And the pic will definitely help.
  15. I've got a fender + headlight bucket in PA. If you dont get anything closer, I'm not really looking for much, just wanna liquidate my stock, so shoot me an offer and choose your shipping method. I can take pics tomorrow evening and email you.
  16. I have an 85 turbo ecu and maf, just need the chopper wheel from the distributor. I'm willing to buy the whole dizzy, so anyone who may have one please send word. Thanks, Gerardo
  17. Replaced the clutch hydraulics. Like night and day. Sito, I have a spare housing. Pm me if needed. Just cover the shipping.
  18. Maybe post the dyno results, hopefully more can be learned. Ignition timing makes quite the difference on the et', as static compression is way on the low side on these. Get that down first, then deal with the fuel mix. There are numerous tricks for tuning the eccs, but get the basics ironed out first. Make sure it reaches operating temp, all electrical and vacuum connections are solid, proper fuel pressure at idle, etc.
  19. I like it. What about those holes adjacent to the manifold bolts?
  20. Very nice. Last night i welded in a straight 15" long glasspack. Barely fit in the fender, but it's just what the doctor ordered. Needs some cosmetic adjustment, but then again, the whole car does. Ran outa shielding gas AND steel wire, so i had to make do with the flux core stuff. Welded right up though, no problems, and the tone is just how i like it.
