  1. You know what you get after you fix rb series head oil drain issue, coil pack, and crank collar issues? A JZ!!!
  2. I drove it around the block. After tires rubbing, here is its new ride height.
  3. They are coming along. Making the coil cover bolts look like they are making the valve cover bleed.
  4. I started to paint my valve covers. Going for a wrinkle black with blood splatter. See how artsy I am. =) Here is what I ordered clear cover. I plan to have the "1jz" see threw. Paint is wet, so I couldn't miss with that just yet. Oh, I finally can put coolant in it too! (After I put hose clamps on) Coolant bung welded in =) Just a short list to do Hood back on Cut vents out of my inspection cover/battery cover Tighten up the steering rack Head shield fuel lines Wire in a couple wires Run the boost gauge Paint welds on coil overs Thanks!
  5. Yeah the wedding gun (Lincoln mig 220v)was to large to get in by the hub. I heard some people use stick welder. Idk. I am sure mine will be fine.
  6. Pictures if the rear soon! only got one side, pictures of new ride height are going to fallow shortly after I get the other side done. Looks like this car will be done in time for my wedding in August 2.
  7. I went with the 17x9.5 -20 rear and 17x8.5 -10 front. 275/40/17 rear tire, and 235/45/17 front tire. Man, installing the fronts, you can get a weld pretty much around, the rear I could only get 3/4 away around. Maybe I will drill a hole and bolt it for extra per caution
  8. Got the fronts done today. Next is bolting up the driver side, then doing the rears. I need a 15mm spacer on the front.

  10. The jz series is obviously going to be easier to source parts. They have a usdm 2jz, and even a twin turbo one too. There is no RB series produced in America.
  11. Anyone know if it will work with the s30 280z? Thinking of there electronic 2 1/16 fuel gauge. Hopefully it just goes right in with just tapping wires for the stock gauge? I am sure many of you done it. Let's hear it.
  12. The fmic is 28inch from end to end. 12 inch top to bottom, and 3 inch wide. The radiator is 26inch end to end. 2.5 inch wide and 19 inch top to bottom.
  13. Sent this off to get welded in. Should have it back in a day or so. Tires are ready to be mounted today. Still waiting for the cxracing racing coilover kit I bought.

  15. The drift motion shifter is easy to get. Just go to driftmotion.com I will measure the Griffen radiator for ya. It was a custom made one. I will measure it all for ya though.
