  1. Carbon fiber flares. =) Installing: Rivnut installing tool =) Thanks
  2. Hey. Um. Here is my "build" Brought it home with a 302 v8 in it. It had a broken valve spring when I picked it up. Dyno only put out 280 ish whp. It had trick flow heads, 700 holly carb, rods/pistons, headers, full bolt ons. Needless to say, I never felt right driving a v8 datsun. I felt like a tool bag. Holy bumpers batman! Removed rear bumper Removed front bumper Switched out the goofle mirrors Picked up a new engine =) Removing the 302 G

  4. Since the v8 guy cut the stock mounts out, i might as well place the 1jz where i want it.
  5. My wheels that are on this z currently are for sale! $600. Bullet specialties one off made. Somebody paid good money to make these.
  6. Yes sir. Next i am ordering this wing. This is a local z guy i meet, i have been drooling on his wing. Once i order a great fitment one, i will mold them.
  7. Now the fronts. Taped up right where i wanted them. Marked under the flare to see how much i could cut. Then did the steps about i used on the rears.
  8. So. I installed my flares today. Aluminum 1/4x20 rivnuts (24 of them) Rubber GM welting (25ft roll) Ace Hardwire 1/4 x20 machine screws, finishing washers, and, rubber washers. Rivnut installer tool (lol) Tapped up the flare exactly where i wanted it, then drilled a 1/4 hole threw the flare, hitting the medal behind it. It will leave a mark in the medal so you know exactly where to drill. Then you pull it off and start drilling (step up your size drill bits) you want to have a 13/32h hole end the end. Used my handy rivnut tool. This is why i used alu. Rivnuts. Mine all came out prefect. Install rubber welting, as you see fit. Not rocket surgery. Bolt it all up.
  9. Still waiting on rivnuts and rubber walting to install myflares!
  10. Here is the previous brake upgrades. Anyway. Here is some updates. I bought new mounts after seeing a ls1 swap had crushed his frame Only problem is..i have to weld in new mounting pads to my stock subframe as the 302 guy cut them out when the 302 was put in. Repainted the twin pipes Welded up the holes i drilled Sanding! Touched it up with some base for a artist to come out and do his thing on the engine bay Reloomed until my fingers hurt Also relocated that ugly starter relay thing off the firewall, to inside the car.
