    muffler choice?

    i have always just run a glasspack/resonator as my 'muffler' I will admit though that on a N/A 3" car it is loud as hell but is a perfect setup on a turbo. I have had good success with flowsound mufflers which are really just flowmaster clones but flow as well if not better and are cheaper.   7. yeah I use Hagerty right now it's $230 a year with optional stuff like towing and roadside and with full coverage

  9. If you roll the fender lips , I run 16x8 +0 with 225 50 16 lowered a good bit and no rubbing. I don't know if you consider that 'lipping' it's just rolling the lips not modifying them really

    i have an essentially complete 72 240z with rb swap with lots of other mods on the car of all sorts and original interior in good shape... won't be going cheap though lmk if you may be interested

I have been told these shops offer mandrel bent exhausts http://www.mainstreamperformance.com/ http://www.paulscustomexhaust.com/ muffler and more on Jimmy Carter there's another one, Grand Muffler.. i think they still have mandrel benders although there was a change of ownership a while back... their webpage doesn't work though so not sure

  15. i'm hoping for around 225whp.. i think so maybe since it does have a top level tune (at least for an SAFCII) and the bigger turbo. Gonna get it dyno tested as soon as I can
  16. RB20DET RB25 turbo @ 13psi FMIC walbro 255 2.5inch downpipe and 3" after that SAFC-II tuned by very good local tuner performance wise that's it. When i got the car it already had the tune on it and i've never had the car put on a dyno. Any idea what sort of power I should be making at the wheels, for curiosity and boredom's sake? lol

  18. yep! thankfully this one doesn't have much wrong with it just some wiring needs to be cleared up and the fact that none of the accessories really work (no heat fan air turn signals) but wipers do work thank god except one of the speeds burned out so they only work on the slow speed. But it's for sure not a DD! I am nervous around here though cops will give you a ticket for almost anything and at low speeds the car will screech the tires around corners due to the LSD even going very slow
  19. at first i was concerned about the scoops then decided it would look different and i really liked it
  20. 225 50 16 is what i always run on the 16x8s and it works well (rear fender roll needed)
  21. i got no idea... it's tuned @13psi, FMIC , Rb25 turbo, only 2.5 downpipe to 3" all the rest of the way back. Not too much power but enough
  22. Finally got some pics with the new wheels mounted that clear calipers. I know they are 002 but they look good on the car and they clear any wheels around +10 or more don't clear the front 4 piston calipers
