FYI - an 18 yr old kid can be hired at home depot, in the tool department with no experience.. and 4 hours of computer based training
Can't know it all

i used his specs.. came out perfect!
other then the flange for my diffy.. I have a R180

Umm... "U" can depend on the tire compound, width and tread pattern..
a set of 195 wide tires.. with a soft sticky compound and slick tires on rough asphault will probably give you the same coefficient of friction as a set of 275 wide tires with a hard compound and all season or rain tread pattern on smooth asphalt...
different areas.. roughly the same coefficient of friction
( the above statement is not an exact statement.. just an example )

are ya a private pilot or commercial?
I just finished up my degree in Aviation last year.. working on my CFI =)

So I've been thinking..
With my F54/P90 combo.. and a 2mm headgasket.. I have like a 6.7:1 compression ratio..
During a compression test at this altitude gives me readings around 130psi across all 6 cylinders...
Since I live in Denver, CO with an altitude over 5,200 ft MSL.. I'm assuming it would be somewhat beneficial to increase the compression ratio to compensate for the altitude!!
I realize turning up the boost will compensate plenty.. but I'm talking about off-boost response!!
Chime in please!!

poor Jari-matti...

I thought normal or heavy duty spray adhesive gets soft and gooey when the sun is beating down on the car.. especially on a roof and headliner?!
-
You will the following
R200 differential
R200 half shafts
R200 mustache bar
The front mount should be the same for the R180 and R200 if I recall.

Umm.. whats the point of the shield covering the injectors?
Seems like its going to trap a lot of the heat in the injectors.. I see problems with vapor lock and hard hot starts.
Unless your building a heat shield from the exhaust manifold to the intake manifold I would recommend a diff approach
$700!!!!!!i made mine with about $100 worth of materials.
there is probably about 30 or so hours in it.
The throttle body cost me about $150, and the fuel rail extrusion was about $25
i guess though,
$100 for materials
$150 for throttle
$25 for fuel rail
$80 p/h x 30 hours = $2400
_______
$2675
yea ok, $700 is semi reasonable, seeing as it is professionally done in a workshop.
-
I would be interested in pics and a brief description... just to know where I went wrong lol
-
Megasquirt will do both!!
-
just out of curiousity what tools did you use to port the manifold?
