  2. when your girlfriend says.. "how do I open the door? I can't find the handle"
  3. texis30O i love the power blocks and weight tree! PVC bars and pull up bar!
  4. Although I am not proud of the ride height (TEIN coil overs will be on order this week).. Here are my 15x8 +5 offset, Rota RKR wheels in Royal Silver. 205/50/R15 Kuhmo tires. Stock suspension. The front valence is the ghetto diamond lock edging with landscape edging riveted to it. I got bored. When I finish my Z.. I am totally going with the larger version of these wheels. Yum!
  5. in the future.. always have a car appraised after any work or modifications have been completed. Save invoices and photo/video document everything. This will help increase the total value of the vehicle. Otherwise its your word versus the insurance company. I learned this the hard way.
  6. I clicked on your name, saw a post you made recently with your e-mail address. I copied and pasted your email into facebook. I found your page.
  7. You can't even share the link to facebook?! I found hundreds of results for "Kevin Kong" on facebook. Look its pretty straight forward. Find the picture you want to share. Move the mouse arrow over the picture. Click the Right button on the mouse. Click "copy image location" if on Firefox. If you are on internet explorer, click "properties" and simply copy the "address (url)". If you don't know how to copy and paste I am quite worried. On this forum, click reply, right click on the text section and select paste. At least we can click on the link. if you want to get technical, do the following : [i m g] insert link here [ / i m g ] Simply remove the spaces so its one long continuous sentence and click post.
  8. Email them! His name is Paulo.. I bought a spoiler years ago from him. great guy
  9. HAHA this made me laugh so hard! thanks for sharing!
  10. nice work on the floors and the sub frame connectors!
  11. I am interested in having a harness modified to disable the NATS setup. I believe I saw on your site that you can no longer use the factory 350z gauges.. is that correct?!
  12. Looks like you guys were right. 280YZ kit.. the valence and bumper were modified.
  13. Derek, Thanks for calling Bill! Reaction Research offers 280YZ, the 940Z and the Subtle Z set of fenders. Only difference is the 280YZ is 1.5" larger on each corner. Just looking at the 280YZ kit it seems it would be difficult to blend a traditional valence and bumpers, the Subtle Z and 940Z seem a bit easier. But.. I have to ask the right questions =) I just sent John at Reaction Research a e-mail.
  14. Interesting. I wonder if the fenders had to be modified to use the 240z front and rear bumpers. I'd hate to buy them, mount them and say.. oh sh*& this doesn't work. Stunning car.. I would love to emulate the styling!!!
  15. It looks like he has 280zy rear fenders and possibly the subtle Z front fenders so he could use a more traditional front valence and 240z front bumper. I've tried searching without too many positive answers. Anyone know?!
  16. man oh man. I can't believe that tiny little single hoop over his head saved his life.
  17. Well that sums it up. I'm not doing it myself. I didn't follow the advice of others on this forum regarding sandblasting my own car and I severely regret it. BIG mistake. I will listen to others who have been through the same experience. Thanks for the update on the thread!!
  18. Where is the return from the turbo dumping into the coolant system? My issue.. was the return would flow at the thermostat.. where the temp sensor was. The sensor got a false reading and picked up the HOT coolant that passed the turbo. My readings were off from the actual engine coolant temperature. I was running Megasquirt and had my coolant sensor separate from the coolant gauge sensor. That's how i discovered the variance.
  19. you can buy a tiny tank for welding. You dont need a big one. If you are going to spend the money.. do it right. Lincoln or Miller or Hobart
  20. Apparently this is a Green Chrome paint job on the 2012 Hot Wheels Camero.. they used liquid metal as a base and tinted the clear. Yowza. LOVE it
  21. I like the fire extinguisher idea!!
