  4. the car is a 78 280z When i received the car it was not running it only blows the link if I tried starting the car I also replaced the ignition relay and stock coil with msd blaster 2

  6. O man.. so i replaced it with the correct fuse and it still blew! this time it blew as soon as i stopped "starting" it . It didnt blow when i was trying to start it but rather after. If I read your post before hand I wouldnt of tried it :/
  7. Yesterday I went and pulled all the fuses out and i found a 30 amp fuse in a 10 slot. I am going to replace it with the correct value and hope it will turn over
  8. As the title states, i was wondering if a Fusebox can pop fusible links. I have looked at all the wires that are connected to that fusible link and also looked at all wires and connections. I have read the schematics and that particular link leads to the fusebox. please chime in! thanks bee

  12. I have a 78 z and was wondering which wire goes to the negative and which goes to the positive , i have a blue wire and a black wire . I think the person who had it before me switched over and i am confused ps. will this cause my fusible link to blow when they are hooked wrong? thanks in advance
  13. Hello guys.. my fusible link blew today.. the one with the X looking from driver side O O O X I was wondering what caused this link to blow up.. i have a new msd blaster 2 coil and ignition relay can it be the wrong polarity when i replaced the coil?

  17. whoa crazy i am going to check that when i go home. My buddy should be able to get me the FSM today yay! If i rember correctly there is no ac switch on my dash or whatever lol.. but i shall check! thanks mr Oddman
  18. the car is a manual. I dont think its the ac because i dont think my car has it lol .. Can it be that the auto and manual share the same wiring harness , because some things are capped off (by factory).

  22. so i checkd the 78z FSM and it only uses 4 of the wires... its wierd because the 77z uses 5 and 78z uses 4 and then the 79 uses 5 again wierd...
  23. ok so the wire traces to here my question isl.. can someone show me a resistor of this area? i think that is what is missing
