I can vouch for direzza 2 tires. i run them on my rb powered 240 and they have a lot of grip. I use them for autox. Only thing that sucks is the sizes for 16" are limited. Widest is 225.

Are you guys using the factory evaporators? I'm trying to figure out how to hook up a switch to have turn on or off. Correct me if in wrong but it looks like the vintage air unit is always on, it just uses a flapper to direct hot air and cold air?

Is there a write up on wiring? I have no clue as to where to wire up the wires coming out of the compressor.

Anyone here running air conditioning? Id like to know how you did it. I've seen people use vintage air gen ii compact or mini but that is on a regular 240z. Is it as simple as using a Rb25 compressor and adapting the vintage air unit/parts?

You should be fine. I'm using a subie diff on my rb25 240z pushing around 420-450whp. I take my car to autox and drive it hard. You'll be okay as long as you don't have slicks and doing hard launches.

I'm going to be ordering tires for my wheels tomorrow. I'm looking for pics of 16x9.5 wheels with 225/45/16 or 225/50/16. I'm not into the super stretched look so just wondering how stretch those tires will look. Thanks guys.

Custom wheel 16x9.5, will need a 4 lug to 5 lug adapter. Tire selection suck!

Suspension-s13 megan coilovers conversion, msa front and rear sway bars, urathane bushings here and there. As far as speed, around 60mph I'm not sure. Ryan it's just a regular go pro suction mount.

What kind of muffler is that?

The cx intercooler should work fine for what your using it for. Me on the other hand, I'm boosting 22-24 psi and will occasionally use the car at the track. I can see the air temp getting pretty hot when I was street tuning. I've been looking at the treadstone intercooler and it looks pretty legit. The core looks pretty dense and the end tanks has baffles so that the air gets divided to the top and bottom of the intercooler. I might try it out, less than $400 shipped for 30x12x3.5 intercooler. Not bad!

My mounts was the prototype for cxracing swap kit. And jay Leno likes the car. Well he's a fan of just about anything on wheels. Real down to earth. He talked about the trip he took to Japan to check out the new design of the z and how he drove the zg. You could find that vid on you tube. -
