  1. I dont have a build thread, its really not that impressive of a car. Maybe one day Ill start one. LS6 Intake 243 Heads with aftermarket springs and push rods Custom grind cam, reverse split 5.3L LM7 short block TH400 Q45 3.54 with Moser axles 320whp on motor, unknown whp on bottle. Guessamation on bottle would be 400whp.

  3. Well what you think it will run and what it will run right now are two different things. Those numbers say its a 13 second car. Get a walbro 255, they are cheap and better than what ever stock set up you have. But really you need to log some data and see whats going on before you start throwing parts at it. Also, just curious do you have a 240z or a 280z gas tank? I had starvation issues with a non efi tank because it lacked the baffles. My set up is kind of wonky, I started a turbo build and then went to nitrous. The motor is an iron block 5.3 with 243 heads with aftermarket springs and push rods. A ls6 intake and the cam is a small custom grind reverse split. On motor it puts down 300whp through the TH400, which is pretty good considering its a low compression set up.
  4. What's your air fuel numbers and did you log any data? I run a similar motor set up but with a th400 and run mid 11s, you have quite the issue with those track numbers.
  5. I guess if its Datsun related, I spend my time on the Ratsun FB page. Car runs fine, still runs in the 11s and Im getting ready to install nitrous. Hopefully picking up a fiberglass front clip in the next few days, also.

  9. I refuse to take anyone seriously who thinks a solid axle design is superior over an irs in a road course setting. I also refuse to take anyone seriously who doesn't know the difference between brake and break. So, you know.. them the brakes, kid.
  10. If you aren't in a rush you can piece everything together pretty cheaply. Dont rule out the 5.3 (Iron or Alum) blocks from the 1500 trucks. They are plentiful and relatively cheap compared to other blocks.
  11. You absolutely do not need to back half your car to run tens or even nines for that matter. If you cant drive an IRS small tire car, maybe you should get a fox body or an f-body.
  12. I am 6'2@270 and I literally cringe when mistafosta asks me to drive it around. It's.... "coszy", but once your in there it isnt too bad. If the door bars are pinned there is no way I could climb in there.
  13. $1500 for 20whp is not impressive. If you gained 20whp from C5 manifolds to longtubes, twice, you bought poor headers and either cant tune a car correctly or have a poor tunner.
