I wouldnt buy a radiator with plastic end tanks for three hundred dollars when you can get an aluminum one for the same price (or cheaper).

Indeed and if I already had a built motor, squeezing everything I could out of it would be a priority. But like a stated before, it is not cost effective on a stock motor. Id like to see some gains on a motor with at least a cam and an LS6 intake before purchasing.

$1000 for 16hp is really not impressive. The LS6 intake vs a LS1 provides around 10hp for a quarter of the cost, hopefully there will be better gains with these headers on a modified motor to warrant the price tag.

I run a th400 with a 2800-3000 stall with 3.54 rear gears and a 25inch tall tire. Its roughly around 3200rpm at 65mph on the freeway. The droning from the exhaust is annoying more than anything.
