  1. oh my lord.... if frankenstein were a car i just saw it. i'd drive that in a SECOND! you'd all be reading my obituary the next day...

    Theft

"bunch of savages in this town..."
  3. along with alot of stuff about god... but have we gone off topic?
  4. your car looks beautiful... and mike's right, they're bass ackward of course, leave it to you to notice that!!!
  5. and then, shortly thereafter, bill clinton taught us how to unzip them...
  6. TRUE... But neither does Mr. Bush Sorry couldn't resist take a bow, bill! somewhere i heard a cymbal crash in the background...
  7. ...just over and over... he won't stop... make him go away! great public speaking doesn't necessarily make a great public official... but has anyone ever seen him and dan quayle in the same room? interesting...
  8. THAT CAR IS SICK! no really, i must drive it. just after reading your description, i'm about to put that setup in my 240. have to have that kind of power! incredible work, man... and the gauge pod looks SWEET!!!!!
  9. ever so slightly off topic (but really not...) http://www.rockyauto.co.jp/ this is the site the pic of the above z came from... go check it out, you'll be lost for an hour. tons of insane z's, old skylines, and 95% are hybrids.
  10. KILLER!!! my ass is dying to talk (tacos and all...)
  11. lobster shells work too, just way too expensive. think fiberglass vs. cf...
  12. the owner of the white z is a member on here, 1tuffz. that car is even nicer in person, even in a line of great z's it stands way out. maybe he'll chime in on this... david?
  13. there still is a jsr??? cool. you're member #333...just guessing!
  14. hey i have a reason... i'm off tomorrow for the first time in 7 days! i finally got a little time to spend at my third home! every side of the z community has helped me out at one time or another, especially from here at hybrid... just my way of giving back i guess. besides, if something i owned could end up in that car it's a wonderful life!
  15. i'll be out that way tomorrow. i'll try to drop in and i ought to have it for you tomorrow night!
  16. as a red lobster guru myself... allow me to suggest discarded crab shells. they'll surely discourage onlookers from getting uncomforably close with the added benefit of environmental friendliness. greenpeace would be thrilled, might just put you on the 2008 presidential ballot. or, you could just do that in carbon fiber and have a 5-mile long line forming to get one... i suggested it so i get a good spot in line!
  17. say when! it'll be waiting... i'd rather see that engine go into your car anyday than continue to collect dust!!!
  18. man, marcus... if i had any inclination to get somebody to match my paint i'd be wondering if you were interested in my right arm!
  19. kinda thought you'd be into the idea... to tell you the truth, i examined the block pretty closely and found no damage. it's painted orange, i think that's the only aspect of the block that's not as untouched as mother teresa's secret garden... i know it sat in the garage of the guy i picked it up from for years, but i never really tore it apart to find out much. my turbo 240 popped up, project v8z got shelved. this wasn't a half-started project engine... it's basically as stock as it gets. it currently is in long-term residence in my father-in-law's garage, so no rush whatsoever. i sure bet he'd be glad to see me start getting some of my stuff out of there!!!
  20. now it is written... you must finish your car!!! as for donating that short block... up for a trip to new york? no guarantees on it... but i know at least i didn't mess with it. i'd use it myself but a. i'm lazy and b. i like my turbo too much!!! i virtually stole the thing off ebay... come on up and take it! i remember a certain offer you made to bring my z up when i bought it... i don't forget that kind of thing!
  21. i couldn't figure it out either. : my wife concludes either... a. the picasso family moved to tokyo to contnue his tradition or...b. the japanese have a thing for giant legos... either that or somebody needs to fire the guy that teaches fiberglass class!
  22. the reason i suggested that route is because i suspect saddam's sphere of influence to be far wider than that of allawi, even now. the idea that he could have allawi killed at the drop of a hat isn't unreasonable whatsoever.
  23. i somehow wouldn't be surprised to see his ill-fated opponents start dropping like flies. there HAS to be some international law that prohibits someone on trial for genocide from running for office! i can understand a speeding ticket, but the crime of mass murder? in other news... the ghost of jeffrey dahmer will be on the u.s. ballot as an independent...
