  1. Found this on the Exvitermini site, didn't realize Jun made a RB26 plenum for single TB.
  2. the Q45 TB is 90mm. Yeah, just letting you know that the RB motor is nothing close to a 240SX. The RB25DET GReddy plenum is designed to work with the Q45 TB.
  3. Anyone know what's wrong? I'm still not receiving them.
  4. For heaven's sake, do a search. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=101526&highlight=Q45 http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=100122&highlight=Q45
  5. From my knowledge, both units are 240mm correct?
  6. So I forgot my camera while I was at the shop again... and pulled out the mechanical speed sensor from the GTR (R32). The unit was exactly the same but the red gear on the GTR was shorter (and the teeth were pointed in the opposite direction! like ///) while the GTS red gear was longer and pointed like . My other concern now that I think about it, is the damn ECU, doesn't it require an electronic signal from the speed sensor (for the speed governor and crap). So it looks like I will end up ditching my mechanical speedo for an electronic one coming up very very soon!
  7. Honestly, I don't care with either ITB's or Huge TB. My main goal is to do this because on the GReddy intake plenum on the RB25DET, with the Q45 throttle body on it, the throttle goes almost right up to the fenderwall (due to it's angle). The RB26DETT's plenum is pointed forward a little bit more (less angled), and is not as wide (as the GReddy manifold) allowing more room between the fenderwall and the plenum. By allowing the use of the RB26 style plenum/ITB's, it will free up more room in the engine bay.
  8. Hold your wallet in your own pocket mister money bags!
  9. Hey, I'm still not getting a reply from these either, or any of my threads.
  10. Yeah I was going to say 250-$300 myself to be fair.
  11. There might be some kind of side feed fuel cell, but I'm not sure how well they work or if they exist.
  12. Okay, so I was tinkering around my friend's shop some more today and realized a couple things that I didn't remember before. The plenum bolts onto the ITB's, and the ITB's bolt onto another manifold, and that thin manifold bolts onto the head. Now the piece that needs to be made, is the piece between the ITB's and the head. It's basically going to have to be a two sided adapter, one that works with the RB25 head, and the other face for the ITB's to bolt up to. Also what makes this more complicated is the water ports that go between each pair of intake runners.
  13. Yeah, I might just put a fuel cell in my car to solve those problems too. Then build some kind of cover for it for SCCA safety regulations.
  14. Might be worth a shot to take though. Anyone else have any ideas? I might go to Autozone or something.
  15. Newer, less miles, stronger turbines. If you're lucky it could be a nice VSpec II motor, who knows. Oh yeah, 6 speed AWD tranny worth big bucks.
  16. This is my other problem...(pix) Maybe the RB26 mechanical speed sensor out of the R32 can help me with this problem. Good thing about the electronic one is I don't have to worry about sticking a cable up in there.
