From what I remember, I used the 240Z wheel bearing seal. I don't remember 100% to be honest with you because it's been about 5 months since I've actually installed the flanges.

I will say this however, that I pushed the bearing seal all the way in, and torqued down the centernut for the companion flange, and that everything rotates freely and seems to be in working order. Only a road test and drive will confirm how well my workmanship is.
