  1. I'm sure some of you are into Rc's Check out HPI's new 240z http://www.hpiracing.com/kitinfo/100594/
  2. Welding a diff refers to "welding" the spider gears in an open differential. Installing a subaru differential should not involve "welding" the diff. You might have to weld in some mounts to make it work. Welded diff is a term- not something you buy and install
  3. Found this searching google.. http://www.hyper-productions.net/pics/diff.html Welding the diff is not advisable if its your daily driver...........
  4. Yes, the condensor goes to the negative side of the coil.
  5. I would try running a zx e12-80 equiped distributor. You'd have a self contained ignition system. You'd only need the distributor, coil, and a 12v power source. I ran this setup in my 74z, but it was a manual trans. As far as bypassing the module in the footwell, I would remove it and test the wires for a "hot" 12v source and cap them off to prevent any shorts.
  6. Hard to tell by the pic if its wired correctly, see the diagram
  7. No doubt a nice car, "appraised" value is judgmental. He's probably super flexible on price. But is looking to attract quality buyers by having a price that high. We all know what you have in a car ($), isnt usually what it would sell for....... especially Z's
  8. Sounds a little out of my price range, but thanks
  9. I'm looking for a sqaure port header for my 71 240z with a P90 head. Preferably a 6 into 1 Looking to save on shipping, anyone in the sacramento area have one?
  10. Is that a flowmaster "hush power" muffler ? A sound clip would be awesome, I'm thinking of making the same kind of setup you have.
