    So maybe this is a stupid question but I have found that the 84-86 has the T-5 tranny, but if I'm not mistaken its also in some S130 turbos. Are the ones from the S130 directly swappable also? Are the gear ratios and driveshaft inputs the same for the 83 to the 84-86?

    I still want to see a hi-res picture of the engine compartment heater hoses where the go into the firewall...

    Well it shouldn't be there... If I dont pull it up that last half inch water drips through...

    I think someone disconnected the hoses to the firewall for the heater core... Is there some reason they would have?

    I plan on using 15mm wheel spacers, they come with extended studs, but they say they work on 300zx from 87-96 but other applications may work, is there some difference in 84-95 that would effect this?

    I can grab the front edge of the driver window and move it up and down about 1/4-1/2 inch, is this a loose bolt in the window regulator system? Easy fix?

    So, your saying not to use certain types of ATF with certain oil, well I just bought mine so how do I know what kind of oil they had in it?

    Its not the shift lever itself, its all the linkages beneath it that it controls...

    The "Air compressor" the guy said needed replaced it the climate control air compressor, yet he thought it was for the shocks...

    My 1984 300zx driver window doesn't work at all and the passenger one is super slow. Should I be looking at the regulators or switches or relays?

    So this electric vacuum pump would stay on forever?

    So if I turn the key to on but dont start the car I hear this loud pump like noise coming from the front passenger corner of the car, and a hissing sound coming from the top of the engine. I have no idea what it could be.

    ATF is automatic trans fluid? Just want to make sure, thanks for the advice!

    I just bought a 1984 300zx Turbo 5-Speed. It wont go into 3rd and 4th gear, the guy said that a dowel pin fell out or broke. He also said that I can just pull out the center console and shifter and I will have access to a top plate and be able to pop a new pin in without dropping the tranny. True?

    What would be causing ticking or tapping in the engine compartment? I thought lifter but it sounds like its running fine... 1984 300zx Turbo

    I just bought a 300zx today, I am told that maybe the rear strut top hats need replaced, tightened, fixed... I don't really even know what these are, I would guess the triangle plates at the top of the strut...
