Last week I suprised my wife with a new diamond ring, so she took me car shopping. I was looking for a camero or ws6, possibly a 03 cobra. The only thing the first dealership had as far as sports cars was a corvette. I said I would test drive just to see what its like to drive one. big mistake. I never even drove another car. although it took a couple of dealerships before we found the right one. We ended up with a bright red 01 six speed with a targa top. Its been raining here in Ga. so I don't have any good pictures yet. My only regret is that I agreed to sell my datsun/ lt1 and t-56. Hopefully I will be able to get another v8 datsun a few years down the road. I really wanted to build a car myself but there was just no time to get anything done with it. On a side note I feel the urge to get some gold chains...... j/k -Jason

Man I wish I could drive 55mph on 285.I drive 285 everyday to work, rarely do I ever get to drive highway speeds. most of the time it is just stop and go traffic. It takes me at least an hour to go from Ashford Dunwoody to South Atlanta rd., which should only take fifteen minutes at the most. I used to not understand why people had road rage, after a couple of years of Atlanta traffic I get it now. Atlanta traffic just plain sucks!!

I have both of their collections, and will be adding this when it comes out.

Yea I must have changed my mind 500 times between the ls1 and a 1st gen 350. Then I saw an ad for the lt1 and went for it. I do feel relieved that part is over with. I know this will be more work/money to install over the 1st gen but I think it will be worth it when its done.

After searching e-bay and the local classifieds for what seemed like an eternity, I finally found the right deal at the right time. I am the proud new owner of a lt-1 and a t-56. I still need to find a ecu and wiring harness (among many other things I haven’t thought of yet) so it will be a while before I actually get to start the swap. But hey, I now have the car, the engine, and the trans, at least I'm going in the right direction.

Hey Dale, I have never delt with any of the shops, but I have heard good things about RADATZ E MOTORSPORTS (770) 926-6609 961 SHALLOWFORD RD NE KENNESAW, GA 30144 They specialize in older z cars. also atlanta z cars is a junkyard, but I believe they repair stuff too. However I went there looking for some parts and they were very expensive. Hope this helps. Hows the ls1 coming along? I guess if your dealing with the rear end you must be getting close.

i wonder if one of his friends was playing a joke on him? i would think alot more people would be dropped from their policys after track days and such if insurance co. cared that you were on the track, and like everyone else says the insurance co. wouldnt have to cover if something happend on the track anyway.

i got the same one just the other day, mine didnt have the matting for the drawer though. my biggest problem with it is i only have enough stuff to fill it half way. guess i need to go buy more stuff.

[/url]http://www.gth.d2g.com/ well apparently i dont know how to post a link to another site. at any rate go to this gth website locate the faqs section. then look for the faq on the mk program. this will walk you through building your own cars. once you have the program. it has all the cars in the game listed. some of these are "sample cars" that have been locked out so you cant access them normally. one of those is the dialbo. it is not actually named in the game. its been a long time since i've done any that stuff so my memory is a bit foggy. hope this helps
