Did you look in the For Sale section? I remember a picture of one for sale recently, it was sitting on a set of tires. I'm not sure if it's still for sale or not though.
It sold...

someone has gotta have one for sale.

Well .633 is pretty close to 5/8" (.625) which you can buy from summit for 60 bucks a pair. Here is a link to a set on Summit, you can get them from Jegs to:
I'm not sure but that seems like a big difference when it comes to rotor placement. But it is definitely an option. Do you have this spacer installed on you car?

Just to clarify, this is for the Toyota S12 caliper fit right? If so, I'm in for a set.
Yes its for the toyota S12W calipers with non-turbo 300zx rotors.

Hi guys,
I've been trying to upgrade the brakes on my 240Z; but am finding that all the online vendors are charging way too much for simple parts like a pair of 0.663" spacer for $120 shipped.
Any way long story short i've found a nice local CNC machine shop that will machine the spacer for me @ $35 per spacer. The catch is that they will only machine in sets of 10 spacers at a time minimum.
So I'm here to see if anyone else needed a the spacers for the brake upgrade. If you are looking for spacers please let me know. You would be paying $35 per spacer +3% paypal fee + Shipping (including packing material).
I am having the spacers machined off the drawing that was made by zcarnut . To the best of my knowledge this spacer only works for the 240Z.

I am also working on finding a shop with a CNC mill that will make the Maxima bracket. I'll let you guys update on the status of that quest.

Maybe instead of the car you need to work on the driver. Just a thought.
-
If you dont mind me asking how much will this restoration/modification end up costing?
-
Yep, it's there and it matches the one on the dash.
BTW, mine is #2188
wow that a really early car must be worth a bit of coin.

once my 240Z is restored it is going to be my daily driver. Hopefully it is as fun as my K7 GSXR1000.

Anyone have a good drawing (with dimensions) for the rear caliper mounting bracket to mount the 280ZX calipers.

I’ve used my adapter on over twenty conversions. The correct thickness is 0.663 inches.
Why would it be “exactly†0.5 inch??
thanx for the clarification.

nice build bro

anyone?

I’m looking for 2†Wheel spacers. Let me now what you have and how much you want for it.
Lug pattern is 4 x 4.5 (114.3).

Here’s the rotor spacer I designed for the 240Z hub. It features a lip that centers the rotor. This makes it more difficult to make but other spacers I have seen just use the mounting bolts for rotor centering which is not good engineering practice:

oh yeah one more thing. is your spacer for a 240z hub or a NA z31 hub on a 240z spindle? i still have the issue of Q1. i think i read on the forums that for my setup id need a 0.5in spacer, but i cant seem to find it again or confirm. just asking because i notice your drawing shows 0.663in thick.
thanks,
john
Anyone know which the exact dimension of the spacer required for the stock 240Z HUB? is it 0.5" or 0.663"?
