  1. I saw that on the for sale side.

I like them, but with shipping to MA from OK I think you might be out of my price range.

I think I'll have to wait and see if anything comes around for a little less money or a little closer to me.

That is pretty close to exactly what I want though.

    Thanks for posting!

I ship lots of wheels and it is not really that expensive to ship wheels without tires.

I can ship the wheels to you via fedex ground for $392.

Let me know if you are interested. :D

  2. Here is what i have for sale

A set of 4 eagle alloys. all 4 wheels are 15x8 with a nice deep dish look. Lug pattern is 4 x 4.25 and 4 x 4.5. These are -30 offset and the backspacing is approx 3.25".

These wheels have a some curb rash but they are really good wheels if you are looking for the deep dish wheels.

I only have 2 center caps for these wheels.

    PRICE: $350 (OBO) + Shipping

  3. OK.... Heads up!!

Got with Jesse ( mold maker ) today, and he is up to making the small changes to the Tial that most of us have agreed on. I'm going to meet with him again tomorrow, and we're going to go over the details.

Here's what were going to do:

    1. making the tail more flush to the hatch lid by doing away with the 1/2 leading edge.

    2. remove the rear overhang lip, to allow for the tail to be fitted on the hatch better.

    3. rounding the outer Edge's of the wing just slightly, to match more of the Z body lines.

Ultimate product were shooting for is a 2-layer, complete CF tail ( FG will be available ).. Weight will be less than 3 pounds by our estimate.

If your seriously interested in purchasing this tail once complete, i'd like to hear from you to get an idea of confirmed interest.

PS: We also will be discussing a few other projects that are just as awesome.. One is truely remarkable, and insane!! :D

Do you have pricing for the CF and FG tails? I'm definitely interested.

  4. I realize that the power requirement for the car is dependent on the driver. That was the very reason if phrased my question as "In your opinion ;) ".

I was wanting to see what the majority of people thought was the ideal power range for a S30 and what would be the engine of choice to attain said power. Also I do realize that there is a lot of work that needs to be done to a car prior to strapping a big engine into it.

  5. Well i have been debating about swapping out my 2.4 L6 for a built 355 or a 383 stroker. But before i go any further with my idea i need a little input from you guys. The reason i am going with a Gen I/II Chevy is because they are the best bank for my buck.

    So here are the question:

    (1) In your opinion what is the ideal power (HP & TQ) that you would put down for a 80% street and 20% track 240Z?

    (2) What engine would give me the best power to weight ratio without breaking the bank?

I have been told that a 383 are really built for low rpm torque and my 240Z being really light would have severe traction issues. All guidance is welcome.

    thanx

    John

  6. I bought just basic 7" round h4 headlight housing off ebay for 30 bucks (also halo's but you can tell the halo's are cheap so they are never used) and then just went and bout a basic jlm h4 bixenon kit. i have high and low beams even thou you cant see much of a difference but the low beam is very bright and ive seen a MAJOR differene in lighting. everything combined with shipping was less than 100 dollars.
