  1. 02 Ls1/t56 In My 75 280z. Stock Motor / Sanderson Headers, Exhaust, Stock Tune Pcm, And Intake. All Three Pulls Car Made 321 Rwhp....more Than I Thought It Would.... Anyways I Was Pretty Happy With Those Numbers...peace Out
  2. phatom.......... never dynoed my Z yet.... my motor if off a 02 Camaro SS..it's got the LS6 INTAKE/ 241 HEADS. pcm edit and stock tune on it right now....JTR/JCI kit. hoping to run low 12's, if it's possible and good tracktion.
  3. 75Z LS1/T56 WELDED R200 W/3.54 275-50-15 BFG DRAG RADIALS (26X11X15 TIRE) does this help........and i was thinking about 200-250lb (rear) and 180(F)

  5. FRONTS: 15x7 zero offset with 225-50-15 tires REAR: 15x8 neg offset with 265-50-15 tires stock suspension...kyb shocks, cut 1 coil in front, F/R camber bushings
  6. found the steering wheel at pick a part in a 80zx, it had all the adapters on it. paid $10 bucks for it too....then i took the center cap off and wrote Z on it.

  8. original post........ any zcar that is daily driven (at least 3 or 4 days of the week).... any motor in it is fine (legel or not), but mainly it has to be very streetable.
  9. i've replaced the 2 KS already...silicone the rubber seals...new intake gaskets...checked wires if they were pinched(not)...but the damn code keeps coming on again.....my motor dosen't have any knocks, or i haven't heard any....i put 91 octane in it too... i also replaced the 2 wires that hook up to th KS. what are the other probable causes.....i'm lost and getting frustrated with THESE KNOCK SENSORS.
  10. codes are.... 1. PO327 KNOCK SENSOR 1 CKT LOW INPUT BANK 1 OR SINGLE SENSOR 2. PO332 KNOCK SENSOR 2 CKT LOW INPUT BANK 2 THESE ARE THE 2 CODES THAT COME ON UNDER HEAVY ACCELERATION... WHAT WILL CAUSE THESE CODES TO COME ON ??? THANKS
  11. This Is A 02 Ls1 Motor... At Wot In Higher Rpm, The Check Engine Light Is Coming On(several Times Already). Every Time It's On...scanner Reads Low Input Knock Senson. I've Turned It Off Several Times Too, Keeps Coming On Again. I Also Use 91 Octane And Octane Booster... Does This Mean My Knock Sensor Is Bad???

  13. don't really know how to uplaod video clips on computer, but i'll try to soon..... by the way, my muffler sits under my driveline right after the tail of tranny and x-member...hehe
  14. 75 280z -2002 camaro ss ls1/t56 -cleaned up stock harness/ecm -JCI-mounts,speedo xbox,vital liquid set -JTR-radiator,ceramic headers,air intake hoses -new exedy clutch disc/input bearing/pressure plate/steel billet flywheel. 20 percent better than stock -nem LUK slave cylinder initial start up.....NO LEAKS DETECTED, but very loud(open headers) eveything working great. since then, i got the rest of the exhaust done too...(2.5" duals into a magna flow 2.5" dual inlet then single 3" out to a chrome slant tip) straight thru muffler. the sound is very nice., deep throtty sound.. now she's running very well and i need to break in the clutch before wot. also, need to send my stock tach to JCI to recalibrate. very happy with swap and power...............PEACE OUT Z'ers
  15. anyone in the central valley (California...from bakersfield-sac-bay area) that can help me calibrate my diff gear ratio and tire size to the LS1 EMC.... if you have a hand held JET Tuner or something that can recalibrate the ECM... i'll give some cash if needed..PM/E-mail me
  16. how in the heck do you wire this thing up to stock speedo on a 75 280z with a LS1....hum.... installation book says...BLACK= negetive on coil and must be grounded RED= +power source when ignition on WHITE= positive on coil my motor has 8 coils...wtf....how is hooking this to the coil gonna read speed. is the white wire suppose to be hooked to the VSS on the ECM????? i even called up John@ JCI...he didn't how the f##k to wire up this thing too.. i mean why are you gonna sell something...when you can't give info how to install it...I CAN'T BELIEVE JCI...i'm pretty pissed off at his reply to me.... if i can't get the speedo cable x-box to work with stock speedo....i will send it back to JCI and get a full refund $280.00 in the mean time ..... any info on how to wire up this thing would be appreciated....

  18. how does the stock chasis harness get wired to have POWER to chasis electrical ie.(ignition,lights,horns,air,fuel pump....ect.)75 280z 1. what stock fusible links do i use...pix please,if you could 2. which stock wires do i reuse, and not used....pix please ecm is sent off to get redone harness is cleaned up
  19. 3" from header collectors...to a 2 into 1 collector (Y collector Dual 3" in...4" out)....4" out to straight thru muffler and 4" tip.... is the 4" overkill or should i stick with 3" out from Y..... your thoughts please.......
