  1. gary's a good friend of mine and believe me... that 510's no joke...turbo/ dual stage nitrous in a stroker 3litre... that f**king thing is insane.
  2. what kind of power can i expect from a 60-1 turbo w/ stage 5 exhaust wheel?? some specs: 3" dp and exhaust 15 lb. boost web cam fmic sds efi custome intake (like james thagards) 480cc injectors i hope the injectors are enough to run 15 psi. the compressor map shows that the turbo should flow enough air for 450 hp @ 15psi. i hope i can make 300-350 rwhp @ 15psi... let me here your thoughts... can i or can't i???
  3. my buddy swapped a sr20det in his sentra and the idle isn't smooth. it idles at 900 and then drops down to 700, back to 900, drops back down in fast intervals. can any of you here solve this problem..... thanks

  6. i need to upgrade my radiator to a more sufficiant one. the 280z one currently in my turbo set up isn't cutting it. is there one i can get from summitracing (aluminum) that will be a easy bolt on, on my 240ZT and out perform the zx ones too. also, what size options do i have...... i,m running a 16" electric fan too.
  7. 50 roll... cbr in 2nd gear...my z in 3rd and building boost... i honked 3 times and floored it... we were dead even in 2nd and 3rd (cbr600), z still in 3rd... 4th cbr starts to pull very..very...slow.... 130-140 the cbr had me about one car... i was only on 13 lb of boost (t3t4 turbo)....it was a couple of nice runs though...
  8. my z puts out about 240-260 rwhp... will it be able to pull away from a cbr 600 from a 50 roll to 130mph?????

    N42 would bring your compression up to 10:1
  10. you can vent into atmosphere if the BOV is before the AFM/MAF, cause the air has been metered after the BOV... if you put the AFM/MAF before the BOV, it has to vent back, after the the AFM/MAF. if you vent into the atmosphere: ie; AFM/MAF before BOV, when you floor it, the air that just past the AFM/MAF has been metered..the ecu will compensate fuel to match the air that just been metered., but when you shift, the air is vented out into atmosphere, then you get on the gas again and the ecu dont know where the 5lb of air went , so you would bogg because of the air that vented out was metered already and the ecu dont know that.. and it will be rich. i've ran mines: BOV before AFM, vented into the atmosphere for years and no problems. cause the air is metered and when i shift (vents to atmosphere), new air comes in and goes on and on... BOTTOM LINE IS, if you want to vent to atmosphere= BOV before AFM/MAF... and if you want BOV to recirculate= AFM/MAF before BOV

  13. just got off the phone with innovative turbo and ordered: SH60-1 turbo w/ 3" vband Mini Gate external wg 38mm 1- T3 flange i should get all the goodies B-4 next weekend....CAN'T WAIT
  14. should the runners be butted up to plenum only!! or is it better to make the runners go half way into the plenum. or does it really matter. your thoughts please, or opinions. THANKS.....

  16. your intake manifold, does the runners go into the plenum 1/2 ways or butts up to the plenum and welded? nice though. what set up does the Z have?

GT35R turbo ( ball bearings) 2. 2- T3 flanges 3. 3"- 4 bolt flange 4. 44mm Tial wastegate all for $1799 shipped to my door. do you all think this is a good buy? by the way, has anyone on this board used this turbo on a L28et..
