  1. I really like the look of that hood. When I get my conversion together I might go for one. Are you going to use the stock hinges and latch? Dale
  2. I know this sounds silly, but. Are you sure you have the belt on the correct side of the pump pulley? Dale
  3. Wow, that looks sharp! Are you going to remove the side markers or shave the doors? Dale
  4. Ouch! The Darwin theory does not work anymore due to advanced medicine allowing the idiot gene pool to replicate. Maybe this type of activity should be encouraged and free dynamite sticks given out with each bottle of Jack sold. Then the human race can start going forward again. Dale
  5. download the video. http://www.tigerforums.com/showthread.php?t=16754 Dale
  6. Nope, dont like it. Bring it to the house and fill it with kitty litter and let the cats have it.
  7. Dont know yet, but I suspect around 100 bucks since it's comming by truck and not ups or fedx. I'll post for sure when it arrives. Dale
  8. Just kidding Tim! I make more mistakes on here than everyone else combined and I'm new! I've done a bit of searching and I can find most anything now! But you do have to read alot of other stuff to get the info you need. Personally I find that I learn alot more than I expected to by the time I'm done. Try it out, you'll have more fun and learn alot more by perfecting your searches.
  9. I just bought one from these folks. Have not recieved it yet so I cant tell you about the quality. http://www.ioportracing.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?
  10. Quite honestly Tim, I found alot more info in the Brakes etc... forum. Dale
  11. Just click on the thumbnail. http://www.izzyscustomcages.com/images/Cages/ZcarCage1.jpg If you still cant read them then I can download them and increase the contrast. Dale
  12. Mike & David, I think these guys are right and have some good advice. I will go see a counseler soon. I have a dendency to believe that I am stronger than anyone else and I am usually proven wrong. Now that some time has passed (month and a half) I believe that the timing is correct for me to have a little talk with someone. I'll PM you guys later. I know that this was Mikes post, but I got something out of it. It's good to know there are friends out there. Take care all, Dale
  13. Yea, I know how you feel. My wife died last month. She had brain cancer and died here at the house at the age of 51. I have remained an emotional wreck since then. Time is helping, but other than that I have found that just being alone and writing her letters has helped alot. I also talk to her all the time, just like she was standing next to me. That helps also. For the most part I dont tell people about this because I am a loner, but finding someone you trust to talk to is the best thing to do. Unfortunatly I personally dont have that person so I write letters and have daily conversations with my wife. Jan Lovell, rest her soul. She didn't deserve to die like that. Neither did your uncle. Life is not fair. Dale
  14. I'm killing this one also. Sorry! Dale
  15. This post has been deleted because it was not accurate. Dale
  16. Put dodge charger tail lights in the holes and flattent the back out. Or make them functional brake cooling exits. Does that cat on the left ever crawl up in there? Dale
  17. I do the earplugs in my truck. It's got a real quiet exhaust, but with the windows down the sound of the air is really loud and on long trips is annoying. The earplugs work great. They cut out the wind racket but I can still hear the stereo. Dale
  18. Sounds like the carb to me. The secondaries may be opening too quick and you loose air velocity and go lean. My old 396 was bad at that. Or your power valve is broken and not dumping any fuel. I guess that's theory 4. Dale
  19. Things have a way of working out in the long run. Just concentrate on your project while your taking it easy and re-think what your doing. Create an opportunity from your situation. Dale
  20. I know some of the tunnels are really slick. Sorry you crashed, glad your OK! My Mom and Dad live in Maggie Valley right off the parkway. That's just the way life is, only advice I can give is just dont get too attached to anything, and never follow too close! Oh yea, and dont race on the parkway! Good Luck! Dale
