  1. Sorry, all I could find was part numbers and such. No data on dims and weights...I'm sure you can make a really close guess on both though. Owen
  2. I want...I can't afford (the rear arms). Nice setup tho! 3/4" for the TC rods huh? I know the stock TC rod is close the 5/8 and 5/8 tubing is used in the adjustable setups out there. How would you take the stock approx 5/8 J-arm off the TC rod and mate that to a 3/4 tube? A weld-in adapter would still be 5/8. Owen
  3. The toe adjuster is the key to on-car adjustable or not...Mike, what size turnbuckle was used in your arms? I don't think I could find a 3/4" toe adjuster. Also, I didn't quite get the meaning of your comment, "There was a reason we moved away frmo the 7/8th stock... It worked, but the inch diameter stuff was stronger... " Owen

  5. I photoshopped this together, would this work? The toe adjuster (hex thing) is a 5/8-18. Owen
  6. Yes...my Z does look better than that! But that's a nice Corolla nonetheless. Owen
  7. That is sweet!! I love the AE86's too, and the ones in the pix are much better than people trying to be Initial D wannabees. Owen
  8. I worry..surf...exit the browser...surf....worry...exit the browser.... if it's not a blocked site, I'm OK! Owen
  9. Wow thanks everyone! I guess I'll just start at the top of the list of suggestions and work down. Owen
  10. I can't for the life of me upload photos to HZ. What are some free online photo album places that I can post a link to (so that the pic will show in the threads)? Also, I'm blocked from anything Yahoo at work. Owen
  11. Yeah Mike, I've seen your design and they are sweet. Matt (hbskinhead) had a set and showed me. We were talking with John early this year on threading the TC rods for us cuz doing it by hand was a biatch. Mat, I can't figure out what that hex thing is called! I know I considered it once when thinking about adjustable pieces and even called the guy to see how strong they were. I must have it at home somewhere... Owen
  12. Of course it's bunk! It's like when you go to Egypt and they take you to tourist traps and write your name in ancient hieroglyphics (for $20....) but no Egyptian would ever be able to read it. Mine came up as, 山下 Yamashita (under the mountain) 拓海 Takumi (open sea) My real last name is ALREADY Japanese, and they gave me a new one! They should call it a alternate identity generator instead. I would rather have seen something like Deka Chin "Big C@ck "
  13. This is what it said. Failed sending email :: PHP :: DEBUG MODE Line : 234 File : D:WebHybridZphpbb2includesemailer.php
  14. I have a similar setup, one thing I didn't see mentioned is wheel backspacing. Hope you can fit the wheels after buying all that stuff! I have Z31 5 lug hubs, junkyard $30 for both Redrilled rear stubs 240SX calipers, junkyard $25 for both Z31 rotors (front vented, rear solid) Toyota 4x4 calipers + spacer, approx $150 SS lines etc. 17x9 wheels, ZG fender flares Rebuild kits for the calipers are like what, $20? I don't think I spent $1200...but I stopped counting after a while Pretty sure it was more like $800. If it was more, don't tell me.... Owen
  15. Thanks Mike Kelly! The non-adjustable part is too bad but for the price, I can't complain. But here's an idea. Matt, On that circle track piece, I assume you are talking about the hex shaped thing. Is that male on one side and female on the other? Taking into account what Mike said about enough threads in the control arm side, and guessing on what Terry did, couldn't I just weld in a female part instead of a bolt with the head cut off? That would make it fully adjustable on the car as long as the threads on the circle track piece are right and left at opposite ends. Owen
  16. Mike, $100 shipped has got my tiny brain gears turning...what is this "kit"? Owen
  17. Someone else here made their own, MatGNZ?, using sched. 40 pipe. Don't know if the post still exists... Terry, I breezed through this post, but from what I understand, your control arms aren't on-car adjustable are they? Meanding, you have to unbolt one end or the other to make adjustments? Owen
  18. I've been looking into auctions and business liquidations too, just don't know what brand to look for. I wish I could find a good cheap tig welder as well. Oh well, more research. Thanks guys! Owen
  19. Sweet, there's a similar model for $159....but what about these mini mills, how much, where? Owen
  20. I want my sig picture back, this is the original link
  21. I clicked Album Admin and added an album. A bunch of times tried to upload a photo. It never shows. Under Member Galleries, it's not there, is an album a gallery? I can't figure how to upload to either one. Owen
  22. Trust me, I've considered it...but you saw my post, I'm shopping at harbor Freight for cyrin out loud! I'm poor and wouldn't have space for the mill either... Owen
  23. Drill press Who makes a good, reliable, and powerful? drill press? I want one of the taller ones and Harbor Freight is having their annual TG sale, but I'm wary about buying anything over $20 from them! I won't buy Craftsman either, so what other companies are out there? Owen
  24. Myron, Get these! http://www.defi-shop.com/product/bf/bf_top.html Owen
