So finaly today after 6 months FINISHED My SBC-454 Stroker Swap! I AM IN LOVE! it sounds like a MONSTER! Except my *** drags all over the floor, I tried putting air shocks in back and my *** still drags on the ground, I cant seem to get it to stay up springs are newer (like maybe 1 year) and For now I am only filling it to 1/4 tank to keep it with some ground clearance... but its kinda silly.. dose a SBC add that much weight? did I do ti wrong I used the JTR kit.... maybe i mounted the Tranny brace to far back and now have alot more weight in the rear then ia m suposta (this is a good thing tho isnt it) I might go buy a set ot 16s or 18s for the rear to give it mroe clearance untill i can afford a set of air bags.. or will taller or stiffer springs help me out?
Well ebay didnt have any for my 72.. I was wondering can i get black plates here in cali? or am i screwed b/c 62 was the last year ( i think black plates would look sweet on a white 240z, what are the Rules for all of it? please help me out I am retarded when it comes to the government.
Shush i know you hate me, i saw the 71 240Z kit in jegs, how hard is it to put something like that together? how much welding is needed? How many hours would it take to swap all my **** off my 72 240 over? whn i do this swap I am going to do a full off restoration and repaint ever thing, and get the bay powered coated and stuff, so it will be a spanking new Z... see if i cant find a new dash to replace mine with a small crack.

I have an Automatic it was slipping for a while where it woudlnt shift out of 1st then ti suddenly cleared up when they weather changed, then suddenly today it feels like i am getting ALOT of revs for alot less go, i let my dad drive it and he said it felt FINE, my sisters boyfriend drove it he said it felt fine, I drive it and i still feel like it takes alot mroe peddle to get going, are the bands trash like i think? or whats going on?
