afbrian13
I was thinking as I read some reviews of the latest greatest 370Z about a pure opinion question. Barring cost, no money involved, what would you choose.(Obviosly this assumes you like older Z cars and not just the newer ones) A brand new whatever factory option you wanted 370Z-congrats heres the keys or An old 240/260/280 or your choosing, speced however you want. Whatever motor, suspension, interior, etc. Snap your fingers there it is. To me it comes down to personality. If I could have a car with the same specs and drivablity of a new Z, but wrapped in an old shell I'd be all over it. What do you think? How would you spec it-assuming you choose the old car? _Donovan_
Old Z with a LS engine done right. I miss my 350Z and prefer it over the 370Z and if given the chance would buy it back. You know what, I changed my mind, I would take a 350Z LS engine car done right, haha. But once I finish my 280Z LT1 and get to drive it around I may change my mind again. feifongwong3
I kinda prefer being the same age as my S130, but i would love to have it all dressed up with nowhere in mind to go. CF hood, custom interior, AZC brakes, and suspension to start. The list goes on.
OldAndyAndTheSea
I just want to stop begging some supernatural force to "...please let my car start". But in a perfect world 1.) 70-73 240z with Standalone engine management, somewhere in the 9:5:1 Compression ratio range, Lumpy cam, 6-1 headers, and triple throttle bodies, coilovers and 4 way slotted/vented discs. or 2.) 70-73 mid compression (8:5:1), modest boost, L28et Whatever it would take to put 275 BHP or so to the wheels, no need for anything more than that, the car just spins. I want constant TRACTION, and the ability to BREAK traction at any moment.

Kali
S30 all the way, with a TC24-B1Z, I'd stray away from the carbs and go with a ITB EFI turbo. Custom intake, exhaust. Try to go with all JDM details here and there. G-nose front, 15x9 on the front, and 15x10 to the rear, ZG fender flares. HAYASHI Streets. White on black color scheme. I'd go with a RB25 trans, coilovers, AZC LCA, tension, and diff reinforcement. 6 point cage, zccjdm seat.
