stony
says right in the add he only paid 160 for the pair Yet the bidding has allready gone over 160 with 2 days left. he even says where he bought them from. Dosnt make sense to me. If your going to buys something from a NEW seller at that better make sure your getting a deal first

dr_hunt
Yup, there are newB's in EBAY as well. Gotta figure; "What are they thinking?" "Oh, they are definately not thinking!"
280Zone
Maybe the buyer is local so there would be no shipping charges, maybe the ebay seller has lower shipping charges than VB. Maybe just crazy...
JMortensen
I believe those are Tabco panels, and I believe Tabco gives free shipping... As a side note, nobody has taken me up on my $400 tail lights yet. http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19089
280Zone
Yea, like Jegs free shipping that still adds on for "packaging". And the 1 to 2 day shipping that takes 3 days.
DaleMX
I sold 20 or 30 different items on ebay and 3 of them sold for more than I paid for them. It is amazing what people do when they are caught up in the passion of bidding. I guess you can liken it to driving, such as having to stay ahead of someone and speeding or making an *** of yourself doing it, it's just a macho thing I guess, or pure stupidity. GrayZee
I've seen lots of people get carried away bidding on written off cars at insurance auctions. They buy a car that it totally creamed in the side for the same amount that you could buy one that isn't even smashed! stupid!
RB26powered74zcar
Thought this to be on the extreme spending end of the scale. May be a repost, sorry if so, but its hard to belive that amount was spent... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Datsun-240Z-Tail-Lights-Left-and-Right-NR_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33716QQitemZ8005292829QQrdZ1
