Tri-Star
Are there any internal diff? Outside i know there was a 2400 on the early z but is there any reason you cant swap all of the covers as you please?
24OZ
As far as I know there is absolutely no differences whatsoever which means you can swap any L series 6 cylinder valve cover as you please.
texasz
That is correct! The ONLY difference is the lettering on the top. There are 5 that I have seen and are as follows: "NISSAN OHC" "NISSAN 2400 OHC" "NISSAN" "TURBO" "" <---------this one is blank on top, I believe this to be a modification (i.e. ground off letters) Furthermore, if you have the 2400 or NISSAN styles and wish to sell them to me for a fair price I'm always on the lookout for one of these. Kennysgreen280zt
Ive got one of the NISSAN ones.... but no L motor to put it on... Oh and the LD28 valve cover is different. Its skinny to clear the diesel injectors and wont bolt onto a normal L motor.
b__sosick
Has anyone seen one that is all chrome, and says "SCARAB ZX" on it? My car came with one but I've never seen another anywhere.
Silent
i know someone that has a sharp racing valve cover. id love to find one that says just nissan on the cover.
NZeder
How about this one It was made locally here in NZ, I am planning to do something sim. What he did was remove the Nissan OHC make up the new alloy letters and then bond on using that $$$ alloy bonding stuff that holds BMW etc together. So you can make whatever you want if you have the time and skills
z-ya
Hear is what a NISSAN one looks like.

Yep for a 510 4 door (we only got the 4 door down here) he is/has made one for his 240z also (and I don't think it say NISMO but something else - he would not say) this was just pic to show what can be done with some time and effort

hoov100
there is atleast one 2000 valve cover there, there where a few with just the "nissan" on them, all of them had just a bull and some japanese writing on them, except for the 2000 cover, there wasnt one on it. i think i might go over there tomorow and snag them all.
