John Dixon
I've now got the prototype done and just waiting on bolts arriving to test the whole thing out. Can do kits if anyone's interested, no minimum quantity. Kit will include adaptor plate, flywheel spacer and all bolts. Anyone interested put your name on here and I'll get prices as soon as they're finalised. Oh, plate is for Z32 manual gearbox!

Oleh
might be a stupid q' but will this work with a VK ?
Clifton
to my knowledge...the n/a and tt z32 trannies r the same transmission. The starter location is differenent, from what I've heard.
John Dixon
I think you have to space the starter on an NA out by 2mm to engage with a TT flywheel, will look into it. Should work though. Bolts should be here Weds next week so will try it out then.
Collectindust240Z
How are you going to deal with the pilot bushing? Does the crankshaft on the VH45 have a provision for one?
Collectindust240Z
Or does the pilot bushing press into the flywheel?
John Dixon
Pilot bushing goes into the flywheel spacer. I used a NISMO needle bearing one on mine but stock Z32 one will work fine.

Collectindust240Z
COOL! I can't wait to see better pics. By the way, what are you using for injection/ engine management. Sorry to change the subject.
John Dixon
I'm using 8 independant throttle bodies with trumpets inside boxes and bosch 440cc type 3 injectors. Management is emerald standalone.
Collectindust240Z
Sounds great. You seem to really have this figured out! I can't wait until you get this project finished. I may follow in your footsteps.

John Dixon
Yes, flywheel adaptor is perfect. Will be collecting it all this week and should have firmed up prices by then.
roastin300
Im in for sure if its not to expensive. What is EVERYTHING included in the kit? I might just pick up the adaptor plate only from you and fab my own flywheel spacer if its not that big a deal.
