AK-Z
Got offered a sponsorship for the Z. Th thing is, it was one of those online things that I saw on myspace adverts. They want a $94 application fee, but I supposedly get $5000. Thing just nags me saying that this is one of those scams. Not sure whether to take this offer. With the $5000, I will have discount to many auto parts stores and doesn't count paint. With that I can finally finish my car (for the most part). I just don't want to get screwed out of $100. Any thoughts?

alexideways
You'll probably end up with your car covered in publicity logos of all kinds.

Thanh
Car Sponsorships.com Get ready to drive advertisements with a big fat krispy kreme stickers on your windshield! You got sponsored by the donut shop! Jking haha it would be funny though. My friend signed up for that and they send him prototype stuff like HIDs, Aftermarket glow, ETc. It's fun to get free stuff, but they make your car look like a rice rocket. If I remembered right he got a free set of Dunlop tires for his car, but they didn't give him anything after that. Give it a shot and tell us how it goes. Its little stuff that adds up to a 99 dollars. He must of got lucky on the dunlop though.
Forrest
That's definitely a scam, I've heard about it from many different people in the sports car community. If they were going to give you 5k they wouldn't be charging an application fee.
