Inferno 08
Wow, that looks great. What sort of paint did you use for those?
78nismoZ
I have used two kinds, one is the VHT epoxy paint from pepboys and the other is just black rustoleum the one you get from autozone or other car parts stores that says it is gas and oil resistant. O and all of the bolts on the car are going through a wire wheel to clean any rust off of them and then they are going to be sprayed clear with high temp paint to keep rust at bay. reintr0ducing
very nice job! i need to take the time to start painting/restoring my suspension parts. i absolutely love it when people take the time to work on details that no one sees. as long as you know it's there, it's such a great feeling. keep up the good work! This past Saturday I pulled the motor out of my 81' turbo car and I pulled the megasquirt from it as well, it's progress. Hopefully I can have more pics up soon. Daeron
Cool! This is a great build thread, I can't believe I missed it this long. I, too, love seeing people (like me) pour ridiculous amounts of time cleaning and repainting all the stuff that is totally hidden.
