Just as I posted earlier, 240ztt is right as well, go to a Deere dealer and get a real Deere. We have two and one with 2200 hours on it and the other is newer with 1100 hours on it. No problems at all other than the cruise control got stuck on one because of some rust on a pin. A Deere is higher but worth the money imo. I would buy a 5 year old used real Deere than those brand new Home Depot junkers.

There is a 1000+hp Z in NC that the owner drives to work, the bank, to lunch, etc. But he will NOT post pics or such so I might as well be blowing smoke.

Those John Deeres they sale at Home Depot are not "real" John Deeres. They are made by Scott's I think it is and just tagged as a Deere. We have a pretty big real Deere bough from a dealer, its a 310 I beleive, anyways, no problems so far. Sorry about yours.

What maunal transmission are you running? Most members here start to explode the datsun manual trannys around 400hp. If you speak the truth, I have lots of respect for you because most of the real high hp L cars seem to be Dyno Queens (no offense to them) and never run the quarter mile.

Clive, the deal was me and a friend were going to split the price. I fronted all the money this morning, called him this afternoon and now he has no money . I beleive rags is coming down to pick it up tommorow, without my friends money I cant make rent.

There are faster, true, street legal Zs out there. There is a Z that runs mid 7s and is street legal.

s2000 seats are pretty high, these RSX seats regularly go for $300 a pair.
