Same out here in Western WA i remember in 08-09 and 09-10 winter seasons was freakin wicked. Didnt have to take off to many days cause we were given snow days. Now there has barely been any snow out here all winter.

Really like the valve cover color. Going with something simliar down the road.

I say if your just looking to go fast in a straight line go with the chevy. Yes RB's can be expensive, UP garage, in Tacoma quoted me 13k just for the swap. First id look at the body and the chassis, see if you dont have to much rust all over the body too. Then when you find out that the car is rotted from the inside out on the passenger side mostly, go grab a beer at Redhook. Honestly i like my L28ET build, and yes trying to find some of the parts can be a hassel but its kinda fun. Its kinda a downer when most of the guys on here are like "SEARCH!!" But if you take the time and i dont mean just a little hear and there, I mean this is mostly what i do. I research when im at work. I do more reseach when i get home, the only time im not doing reseach is when im with my girl, or im eating, cause i dont want to get greese all over the keyboard. I do have a question for you though, If you want around 500+hp go with the chevy. Your in WA though so traction is gonna be kinda hard. You want to over pay for a japanese motor go with the RB. But also know you can go 2JZ, SR, a massive amounts of swaps. Ive seen a lot topics on RB26 head with a L28 block. Like i said take the time and do the reseach youll change your mind a thousand times before the car is done. Oh and take a look at my swap still in progress... http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/97614-l31et/page__pid__920660#entry920660 Hope you find out what you want to complete and post some pics!

Eh you didnt miss much of a game anyways. Oh but did you hear how so many people got gypped out of there seats today?
-
Nice build!!! I have a similar front bumper always wanted to know what it would look like without the side skirts and rear pumper. Thanks

So currently ive made a few changes. Right now there is a new downpipe from MSA, and BOV. Changed the ECU to Z31 ECU with wiring harness, and tomarrow im picking up a MAF from a Z32 with plug. Next to work on is the Fuel lines, and fittings. Right now im getting the parts together for a E85 conversion which wont take place until a year from now so that im in an area that can supply me with fuel. More pics to come, might even try to work on the body a bit myself. I know a lot of people have been giving me compliments on the paint, so if you want i can get the color code. But im probably going to go with a flat black and clear coat(not rattle can).
-
Beautiful color, and I like the wheels too. What kind of seats do you have in there though?
-
I got the new Downpipe and BOV today!!!!!!

Thanks TimZ, looked into the fuel pump you posted, and Red Kote, it seems really promising.
-
Nice post Q&A, can you guys post a link with the possible rules for your region?
-
THanks guy for the links it really helps. THanks TimZ too, wanted to PM you earlier just didnt want to seem like i hadnt done any of the research. Glad the build has lasted this long though, just proves that she will hold up.

Anybody have any idea on what you have to coat your fuel tank with to prtect it from the crosive effects of E85? Already found fuel lines and fittings, injectors, rails, and the fuel pump has been preped.
