I want to apologize to everyone that has PM'd me. I have not had a computer since late October and can't really keep up with e-mails, or my favorite web site, Hybrid Z. When I popped in today, my inbox was full, so I cleaned it up a bit. PM away, BUT realize that it will be hard for me to get back to you in a timely manner. EDIT: My inbox can only store 250(?) messages, but I have about 600. Something happened since I was on here last. So, if you need to get a hold of me, just drop me an e-mail instead. Also, I can't reply to any of your messages either, sorry Just in case some of you were curious, I purchased a big duplex back in October. My side of the duplex has a nice 2.5 car garage, with an I-beam running parallel to the opening, making for a nice engine hoist. The duplex needs some updating and that's what I have been doing with my time and money. Unfortunately the GNZ has been pushed into the corner of my garage untill I have some time to work on it. I originally promised Garrett that I wouldn't show up here untill I had another update on the GNZ (because I spent WAY to much time with my butt in the chair putzing around on here instead of working on the Datsun), but after a couple e-mails and a PM wondering where the hell I was, I figured I would drop in and let you guys know I'm still alive and kicking. The GNZ will still be finished, but since droppin' megabucks on the duplex, it's going to be hard to get it done when I want to. At least, when I do work on it, I'll have a nice flat concrete floor to roll around on and a roof over my head instead of just an asphalt driveway. Just as a side note, since moving in, I elected to not get cable/high speed internet or buy a computer right away. IT'S SO NICE! Instead of plopping down and watching TV or playing around on the interweb, I do something constructive with my time. Heck, the other day I made a fire (I have a natural fire place that I absolutely love. I have fires almost every night) and sat down and actually read a book. Think about how you spend your time nowadays. Just a little change can make a big difference. Hopefully next time I'm on here, I will have an update on the GNZ.

Wish I knew you were coming up. I didn't have crap to do last weekend. Would have met you for a drink. Only been in the Sheboygan area a few times, but it's nice up there. Milwaukee is a blast, there is A LOT to do here. Many malls around, and the car scene is in full tilt right now. There are a lot of shows and cruises. Heck, next year the Hot Rod Power Tour is coming back yet again to Wisconsin, down in Racine I believe (just south of Milwaukee). I like the change of seasons here. I don't mind the snow at all, kind of like it actually. It's fun to drive in. Oh, and yes, they DO salt the roads here. Sent you a PM concerning the emission laws. What specifics would you like to know about the area?

The wheels can be refurbished, but are those even the correct mirrors for that year? They do not look like the JDM fender mirrors that I have. The only thing I see good on that car is the wheels (possibly), the differential, the stub axles, suspension components, and the firewall for a RHD conversion.

Don't forget about valve overlap. This contributes to some of the 'intake' noise heard on n/a engines.

Hey Phil, I have the same road rash about the same size on my back from a motorcyle accident. That road rash hurt more than any broken bones I had. I feel for ya man.

As far as the transmission mount is concerned, it will work fine. Sure, it may not be pretty, but he doesn't have a welder to fabricate stuff.

At least you used neosporin. It should be okay. Keep it clean and you might get lucky. Take care of that exaust pipe before someone else gashes thier leg in a parking lot and tries to sue you. While holding a 4'X8'X5/8" sheet of plywood above my head, I was fliping it around and accidentially dropped the whole thing on my shin taking off a 3" by 2" slice down to the bone, but the skin was still dangling, so what to do? Band-aids were to small and no gauze to wrap it up... I got it, I'll flip the skin up, pull up my sock to keep it in place and clean it up after work. Haha, well, a pretty nasty infection later and a trip to the urgent care made me realize I should restock my first-aid kit more often.

Just be carefull. I bought a hatch that was primered and labeled as "rust free", but when I got it, I stripped it and the damn thing was held together by Bondo. Had to toss it in the dumpster.... Buyer beware.

Yasin, I thought you only had a S130? Were you trying these on a friends S30 or your S130?
