Got a funny mental picture... guy has device hanging from the headliner in the middle of the car, makes a hard right hand turn... *wack* "AH! MY EYE!" Hahahaha... ahh... I kill me. !M!

Oops! Forgot to fill you guys in. I did check out the car and chated with the current owner. With his limited time, he is trying to get the 4 banger to turn over. I saw the enigne bay, and it is a mess! He said if he can't get it running, then he's either going to sell it or drop a big block chevy in into the thing. But he said he really wants the thing gone, because there is no room in his shop. Later on that day after I left, I decided to go ahead full steam with the GNZ. Seeing his Ferrari with hopped up engine, fender flares, and WIDE wheels and seeing his Alfa with a turbo hemi V-6 (all aluminum engine!), really got the blood going! I have since got the 2004R transmission built up, had the driveshaft made, and lined up some time on a buddy's lift to fabricate the exaust. More cars would be fun, but I realised my plate is full already and look how long it has taken me to get the Z where it's at. Another project would be a dumb idea at this time. (oh, I know, I'll be kicking myself in the *** later on in life for letting this one go) !M!

David, you don't come here that often anymore (most likely because of your kid, to which I applaud), but that was freekin' original !M!

Just shows how much she likes to show in public. On one hand, it could be good, but on the other hand... !M!

Ohhh... score one for Scottie! Heck, I would be kind of miffed, if I spent so much time and effort educating the people here and I wasn't recognised by a dang web site! Sometimes I would like to take handfulls of binary code and bunch it up into something like a little snowball and launch it at the imaginary faces of this being which we call the "internet". !M!

Article: "California Crackdown on Modified Vehicles"
CruxGNZ replied to Zhadman's topic in Non Tech Board
Yeah, try living around Milwaukee! Some people say that when all is quiet, all you hear is the ringing in your ears... but around here, all you hear is a V-twin taped, ripping through the gears in the nights air. Seriously, I have yet to see a Harley rider pulled over in all my years here. On another note, I have been pulled over for doing well over 100 mph on a '98 YZF600R on a city street near home here and let go by an awsome officer who "had trouble catching up" to me. He flipped the cherries on at a light and me knowing he got the plate, because he was right behind me (was a friends bike), I reluctantly pulled over into the bus lane. He asked me if I had my motorcycles liscense, which I did and showed him, he then told me to slow down. I asked his name, he told me and I sped off. Looking like you have money has nothing to do with it. Riding something other than a Harley, well... !M! -
"Euro bumper" rings a bell. !M!

The mirrors look to be the same as I have (JDM) and what Alan has on his factory ZG. I installed them per Alan's measuements and they are spot on, even though the location of the mirrors are not symetrical, as one would assume. !M!

What you are talking about is called a "fenis" or Female Penis. Looks like it, but it's obviously not. ALL men are aware of this, so tell your lady not to fret. About panty lines... if she has no lines, then it might be a G-string, and if not that... then damn, I'll ask her what she's doin' later. And should your lady go this far, just remember from the movie Hackers, "spandex is a privilege, not a right". !M!

Alan Thomas helped me out with this one when I mounted my fender mirrors. Here is the post that he made click here Just remember, his Z is RIGHT HAND DRIVE, so the measurements are reversed for us in the US. Post #8 on that link gives you the picture attachment that you need. EDIT: The attachment on post #22 is what you need for the LHD Z car. !M!

Don't know what happened to this Renault Clio V-6 (mid-engine car), but check out the pictures! Click here !M!

Cyrus bought that spoiler. He talks about it here . !M!

Grumpy, I think he meant it in a good way. Johns post was a lot of information, had to make you think. Kind of like your posts, where you give so much information and links per subject, it is almost overwhelming, but that's GOOD! We absolutley LOVE lots of information here !M!

I hate that streetfire.net website! I can never get the dang video's to play. I lengthened the cache or whatever it's called and still get nothing. All the websites I frequent upload videos to streetfire, but I can't view the darn things. I try opening the URL's in my mediaplayer, but I still get no video, just sound. Streaming video just plain sucks in my opinion. Sorry for the rant, but a freekin' cold, a few pints a couple Skyy's and a couple benadryl's really gets a guy petulant. !M!

*snap* ah, damnit, by mrain.... I think Johns been sippin' back on grandpa's cough syrup. That has to be one of the funniest things I have ever read on here !M!

I added to your reputation on this post, but you're still an "unknown quantity" EDIT: Looks like some other people helped you out Scottie, so now you're on a "distinguished road" !M!

Nope, no idea. I went there with hopes of finding out more about it, but when I got out of the truck, felt like crap and just wanted to go home and rest. North137's phone number and e-mail address is at the bottom of thier web page for any that are interested. !M!

I am sick today (hackin' up florescent green phlegm), so I took a chance to drive down to Jimmy's transmission to pick up my rebuilt 2004R for the GNZ (hell yeah!). Out of the corner of my eye, I see a bronze collored 280Z with color matched wheels in decent condition. It's at a place called North137. Here's their website www.North137.com . I stopped to check it out, but as soon as I bent over to check out underneath, I felt dizzy and started to see little white stars and wanted to pass out, so I just took a picture. The Z isn't listed on their website or on eBay, but it's sitting outside. The interior is like a tan/brown color. The dash has a few cracks which look to be filled with black RTV. Overall, it's a nice Z, despite those huge bumpers. Just figured I would give a heads up to any in that area. Click here for the picture !M!

Alright! I was curious what was going on with your engine swap, since you still have that line in your signature. !M!

My Sweet new motor setup (just finished!!)
CruxGNZ replied to Garrett76Zt's topic in Nissan L6 Forum
Because you're just too damn slow! It's wierd how the mind works, you wanted to go faster and you unintentionally busted through to the ground to give yourself the "Flinstones boost". Hahaha! *preparing for the "my crap don't run comeback"* !M! -
I'm finding it funny that I potentially had 112 people (112 views thus far) twirling thier foot and writing the number 6 in the air! I don't think I could manage that at a bar !M!
-
My sister sent this to me. Took me three tries to not make my foot change direction. Really wierd... Funky, hey? !M!

BUT, the viscous differential only works after a wheel starts to spin. Speed, and therefore time is lost while the differential "figures out" that the inside wheel is spinning. From what I've read and heard, a heavier weight oil makes the viscous differential act closer to (but never as efficient as) a mechanical (clutch type) differential. !M!

YES! She's in! Damn sweet. Hey, those intercooler pipes look nice, awsome color! Any word on the exaust yet? I just don't have the time this week to fly down there. Side jobs are killing me every evening this week, PLUS a new girlfriend that needs attention at night, uhg... If you can get that puppy running and fly up here with open downpipe, I'll fix ya' right up. Oh, by the way, here's some freekin' awsome news! My tranny will be ready this Wednesday from Jimmy's and I have Ross's ('64 Buick with GN engine) Dad's lift to do the exaust on (hells yeah!). I may have my Z running for the next SEZS. Is that nuts or what? !M!
