...and it's a pretty damned descriptive title right?
Careful. One could easily mistake your intentions
Any voltmeter that fits in the 240z dash in place of the ammeter will be fine.'76 through '78 should fit your application.

I saw another National Speed video with a 383 V8 powered 240Z in it. Who's car is that? That is also a clean looking build, and race ready.

Wow, over 4 months since my last post. Bart hasn't been forgotten, just put on light duty. The R160 is beginning to complain and I've been too busy to attend to it. He gets driven around town, once a week or so, to keep keep the atrophy at bay.
In the meantime, Bart has some fresh bling awaiting (15x6.5)...

Anyway, I would recommend buying one from the west coast. No rust to worry about, and Zs are generally cheap and plentiful there in good condition.
Man-O-man, how I wish that were true. I have owned somewhere between 15 and 20 S30's, and not one was rust free. We may have less of the evil stuff, but it's still abundant, I promise.

Comments?

Well then someone either send him a link to this thread or send him a pic of the sticker we want and see what he says.
Uh, please don't. Dan is a busy man. Let's give this a little more time... it's only been 5 hours. It would be nice to give other members a chance to comment.

Okay, okay, I give in.
Lets see some idea's/designs you guy's like, I'll take them to SuperDan for final approval, and get a quote from a local vendor. Fair enough?

I recently went for a short drive in Zbuff's car... sort of. Wet roads, with scattered patches of ice. Just toodling around surface streets and empty parking lots. It's very Camry-like. Easy, pleasant, and no fuss (not a hint of noise either). However it's damping is also very Camry-like. When pushed hard enough to scrub the front tires, the feedback is there, but highly subdued.
If you're looking for the ultimate in feedback, a performance oriented hydraulic system might suit you better. Otherwise, its very very nice.

Same goes for you too Mario. Did you actually read what you wrote? Please proof read before clicking the "post" button.

And I suck at grammar so what... skip my run ons next time, save yourself the trouble
It doesn't work that way. You agreed to follow the rules. Please do so.

Consider the Mods. asked. Go for it.

Mat, '81 CAS is mounted on the front cover, down by the crank damper. Different stuff.

Without naming names, how does one go about choosing a cryo vendor? Are there questions that can be asked to weed out the pretender's? or???

The best way to get a thread like this going is to say, "Post your favorite Z other than your own".
Done.

I was concentrating on the MS forum.
Psssst... More to engine management than MS, me thinks. Don't tell anyone

In terms of product, I'm with Whittie... the heal/toe and Z shirt are the only shirts I wouldn't be embarrassed to wear.

Did I communicate that?
Have now

Shagster, I've used slip fit's (in turbo applications) and haven't had any regrets.

If you use the built-in Google function and quote the phrase ("five speed" for example), it'll work like you expect.

The BOV HAS to be inbetween the TB and IC.
No, it doesnt. There are advantages to mounting it either way. That's not what's causing your problem.
Plug the BOV and re-test. It's easy and should narrow down the problem.
Also once i install the BOV correctly, can i remove the stock bov that is located on the number 4 runner?Yes.

I've seen posts about using modified 510 struts for the S130...
I can't imagine why anyone would do that. It's popular to use the S130 struts on a 510, though... vented rotors, larger calipers, and more robust wheel bearings.
and a few other posts along lines of sharing 510/S130 parts, and pics of the rear trailing arms look similar. My tape measure says the S130 control arms will bolt up to a 510. However, the track width becomes significantly wider and there is no spring perch (S130 is coil-over).
I realize I'm not exactly answering your questions, but hopefully giving you something you can use for deduction purposes.

What year car you have would help.
What? Santa didn't bring you a crystal ball for Christmas?

There are at least a couple of members who have installed short gas struts in lieu of the torsion bars. Unfortunately, I can't remember precisely where I've seen the posts. Maybe someone will have a link.
What kinda wheel is this?

Do not bump hourly, please. Once or twice per week is sufficient.
They look like Equip Wheels. Do some Googling.
