  1. I just had this problem. Called all over Houston (3mil people, 5mil junk yards or it seemed). Go to Oreilly's or Autozone. You need the "loaded" calipers which has all the necessary parts including the "hangars" and throw away the pads. I spent weeks
  2. Hey Ed, I own several businesses in Houston. Looking for a driver/warehouse person. Paying $10.00/hr to start plus in 90 days we pay Major Medical/Long term disability/401K/dental/Sec. 125 plan and possible raise. Need to have your own vehicle that gets good gas mileage. We pay for mileage. We deliver small boxes, mainly medical supplies in Harris and surrounding counties. Not difficult work. Need to have brains and can find your way around Houston and surroung counties. (Key Map). If you are interested emai me at jobs@ivavitalcare.com. Forgot. We are off North Sam Houston (between Hardy Toll Rd and Aldine-Westfield) (Have you thought of working on Z's in your spare time. I have two now.) John
  3. I have an old Turbo Tom (r.i.p.) setup with 600CFM Holley. I had to replace the fuel pump and now I am blowing by the float needle valves with fuel coming from both bowel vent tubes. I am looking for a fuel pressure regulator. Found a Holley that sells around $75. Online (ebay) someone is selling "JDM" regulators for $9-$15. Comes with pressure gauge and fittings. The Holley (thru Jegs) only comes with the regulator. Anyone have experience with these "JDM" regulators. I guess they are cheap enough, but I have wasted lots on money on these ebay purchases. Thanks in advance. John
  4. The only thing I can see from my office is the back of a Holiday Inn Express and the Beltway.
  5. I am anxious to give money to Ross, but he doesn't email back. Anybody know of any other way to reach him. He may have a day job, but does he ignore his business?
  6. $750-$1000, depending on finished product.
  7. I am in the process of rebuilding the Turbo Tom setup in my 260Z. After 15 yrs of driving this car off and on, I just noticed that after I got the car back from a local mechanic that the carb adaptor is slanted down (toward the front of the car) if I bolt it to the exising holes. I am not sure if this is a problem or not and I don't think the local mechanic had anything to do with it. If I set the floats by checking for gas just coming out of the sight hole, I guess that would adjust for the carb adaptor being slanted. I guess my question is whether a slightly slanted carb would be a problem. Anyone with opinion on this? Can't ask Tom. Any help would be appreciated.
