I still do! Sad fact: I have never wheelied on purpose. When I started riding I was half geared, (was missing boots/pants, but I wore hiking boots with ankle protection) I took MSF, and I never felt invincible.

Hehe, I understand the feeling. I did 2 track days on separate occasions in my neon, and I can relate, but at the same time I was also thinking "eh, I shouldn't get too cocky" This guy, however, just plain SUCKS. If you listen to his gibberish, he compares himself to Tiff Nedell

Nice choice, but do you need AWD? It adds quite a bit on the bimmer, it rides higher than a regular rwd e90, and fuel economy takes a large hit. RWD 3 liter e90s get 30-31 mpg on freeway, I think the xi gets 25-26 max. not harping on your choice, just curious of you need it. I was looking for an e90 sport pkg 6 speed, but it's as if they don't exist at all around here.

tom: 2010 mazda 3 hatchback, 6 speed 2.5l na. it's just a daily driver. my Z had a turbo rotary in it, although never ran.

Oh I know... but stereotypes exist for a reason: because most of them are true. That being said, before buying my mazda, I was looking for a 2006-2007 e90 3 series with sport package. It was in the same price range, and I'd much rather have the BMW, if I could find a 6 speed manual with folding down rear seats. Which are, apparently, non-existant. I also test drove a couple of e30 325is cars, because I've always loved those.

So... you're saying you've never gone for a spirited drive on a mountain road? If you had, should we classify you as the same kind of punk? I think the guy in the Mazda handled himself very well and avoided a nasty confrontation. And it's titled properly: the **** was driving a BMW, and I am fairly certain he owns it, therefore it is a "BMW OWNER"

a local calgunner is selling a taurus pt92, don't have info yet on year manufacture, amount of rounds through it. but it's in good shape, 2 10round mags, asking 375. I asked him if he'd do 375 with xfer fees included (about $25-30), and he agreed. What are HBZ's thoughts on this? It's a beretta 92fs, since taurus bought out their Brazilian factory and continued cranking these out. New ones sell for $559 cheapest msrp, as listed on taurus's site.

Here's my take: It looks good. Really good. I understand that if you can't afford a Ferrari 250GTO, you build a replica or acquire one. There is no hatred on hybrids, replicas, or kit cars. What we are angry about is the fact that he lies about it, and blatantly keeps pointing out that it's a Ferrari, when it isn't one -
That's actually right around the corner from here, Calaveras road... I've driven this road many times (don't like it, because half of it is 2 way, 1 lane traffic)
