  2. heh, no, that's not carlin... it doesn't remotely sound like carlin, and he denied it as wel
  3. you befowled a z06? i'll personally kick your ass!
  4. whoa hold up there. you don't want to run 1" spacers. Those spacers from MSA and from JTR are 3/4", not 1". I run 3/4" spacers from JTR on my car with ronal 15x7 at 0 offset, I have about 1/4" clearance between outer tie rod balljoint and the rim
  5. i always laugh at whitehouse.com (porno site) because so many people accidentically type that instead of whitehouse.gov (real site)
  6. http://toolbar.google.com/ great popup blocker free
  7. 1. get an RSX Type-Sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss 2. Do a serpent-ine belt swap.

  9. I did it with an impact gun on lowest torque setting, probably around 30-40 ft lbs, then the strut started spinning.
  10. if memory serves, haynes manual chapter 10 is suspension, and in the end of the chapter it lists all the torque specs. I have the manual at home
  11. Tell me this: If your goal is to run the quarter mile' date=' why start with a small displacement FWD car? I am impressed that the spoon engine is able to make motorcycle like HP/Displacement ratios, which would go really well in a MR chassis. The problem is that it also makes motorcycle like torque, and ends up driving the front wheels. My quarter mile calculations for a 200hp 2000lb setup is in the mid 13's andways. Besides, how much does that spoon motor cost anyways? $4k by itself? -David[/quote'] Why drag race a 4000lb superbird? why drop a 350 sbc into a Z? not everyone drag races a civic.
  12. http://mbrc-racing.com/videos/rccar.wmv hahahaha that's great!!!!!
  13. certainly. go to http://www.jasc.com, download a trial version of paintshop pro, open up images, and select edit->resize. specify 800x600 size, which is decent, and save with 70-70% jpeg quality (specify under option under save). if you want, zip'em and email them to me at aux at highrpm dot org and I'll resize them when i get home tonight.
  14. it doesn't really, but would you want to hear the sound of a metal sleeve banging against the strut tube? it's an extra noise that you don't really need to hear
  15. or use a rubber o-ring, which is what ground control supplies with their coilover sleeves!
  16. lmao that is old school, surfaced back 6 (yes, 6) years ago on riceboypage, one of the regulars made that
