No...it's still going strong...the th350 that is. I plan on using a 10in on my ls1 car but will be using the zg flares...I like the way they look...Are you running a 9in with stock springs?? do they rub?? have you rolled you lip yet?? Everyone loves or hates the z at the track...I think some are jealous that the have all kinds money in their cars and can't hang...some just like to look faster than going fast....I guess. -

When you rebuild use a set of billet keys and steel shift fork for 3-4 gear...these two things are very common for locking a t-56 in gear...both parts can be purchased on ebay...last keys I got were 75$ and the shift forks like 25$...Hope this helps you from breakin in the future...

I'm 6'5 ...no prob unless wearing a helmet...then it only rubbs a little, not enough to be unconfortable...

looking at my car, I think a 5 in back space will hit even with coil overs...If it does not, I think you could poss run a 9in tire...You might have to roll the lip..look at my pics of the 240 it has a 8.5 slick and does not rub on the outside with a half in spacer in place...on the inside it's close w 4.5 backspace and no spacers..I think 5in would be too much...just my .02 cents...it will be close no matter which way it goes... -

Yes...It can also be lowered but I had it adjusted for minimum clearances.
