Well, I got around to reshaping my pod some and I wanted to share...I just used a heat gun...By no means is it perfect but it looks as good as one could look without blending in to the oem plastic..My only advise is to heat very slowly..I could see screwint these thing up very quickly...I heated a while then placed edge thet had the gap on a flat surface and bent over till cool...It took three or so tries to get it the way you see it...I made mine wrap anound where the weatherstrip is attached to the hull...I think it will look tighter when mounted...I'll update it when installed w gauges. I bought a set a while back off a 5.3, I think that look like those...there was a couple different styles on the ls motors...you should be able to use all them...One of my buddies said the truck coils were better....Look in ls1tech.com for the answers...

Recap...Well the zebra ran all day Sunday trying to figure out the wowo noise and it ended up being a switch.... This was after numbers of different test and rewiring the whole system... Rip and the boys finally by-passed the throttle switch and it took care of the problem...even ran a couple 1.33 60ft times.

My hubs supposedly come off a 86 model and have no holes on the back side...thus, I take it that I have to use slip on rotors...does anyone know if this will change my brake caliper location???

I was thinking a 84-85 turbo had 5-lug also, but not positive...Anyone else have a for sure answer??? The person I made the order with acts like there is 3 types of 5-lug rotors but doesnt know what the diff is....

Hey guys, off the top of your head or in a post here, do you know what year 300zx the rotors need to be off of for the z31 hub conversion?? I purchased some new ones off the ebay and the dude says there is three different ones...I have searched and cant find a realy specific answer, many say a 84-88 but if there is three different part numbers what is the difference???Thanks so much....

I thought a 3.36 was a very popular rear in the 280zx cars which are plentiful around where i live... I was thinking I had a couple but have never opened them up.... Am I wrong in saying that??
