i dont understand is the tps needed then? like is that mainly the reson towords the stumbling as the fuel pump?

what is that? and does anyone have a spare tps? and i found out the maf is a 280zx maf riged to work... anyone have a 280z maf?

I was driving my new 280z home today and when i was driving it was having trouble drive while in gear like it was stumbling.... the tps is not connected and soemthing else i cant remember what it is... it has a 280zx fuel pump it makes a loud wineing noise (i heard that was normal dont know tho) the clutch fan is always engadged so any ideas on what the problem could be? any help would be great or some where to start.. and it runs rich...

is the 305 a smaller v-8? and well anyways do u like the motor? i been thinkin of goin with a 350...

i want to see a write up on dam coils! ive been waiting paciently for coils on my z.... i do autox/gymkana/drift and need stiffer suspension alot stiffer...

do you happen to have a site mate to where you got them? easy install?

What kind of coils are you running? I took my car out to a lil slide session to see how my new set up was and i did not like my ride so soft i couldnt connect things it was to musshy....

man is the install easy? and how much total do they cost? i have tokicko hp's with springs i need more stiff i got a cage commin soo so yea.... any help would be great! like i dont get how they go to gether and the whole 250 and have to have high positive offset? im lost.... in my 240sx i had silk roads and just slaped on so yea... please help

Hey all i looked and kinda really didnt find anything that matched or im just dumb.... i want to put an oil cooler on my z and my buddy has a rx7 oil cooler he was gunna give me... i was wondering what exactly i would need to slap an oil cooler on? Where do i get that thing that sandwiches between the oil filter and block? thats the thing that the oilcooler hoses would connect to correct? And where would i get ss lines for it? any help would be great!

A good buddy of mine has a nice mig welder i was wondering what metal tubing i could use to make a rear harness/sturt tower bar... i was gunna just weld a peace of metal tubing from strut tower to strut tower.... yae or nay?

well id run it at auto x but right now the daily is broken so the track car is kinda the only ride... im runnin s8t pipe right now would it be a big diffrence?

I was wondering does anyone run sideexhaust? I was thinking once i get my new headers on i could slap a test pipe on and get flat pipes.... anyone have a set up like this?

I have salbet racing harnesses and i have a sparco seat as well i wana put in the harnesses and well im kinda lost on how to do that... do i drill in to the z? and bolt them in? or what do i do... kinda lost... my uncle gave them to me when i was in japan... so i wana put them in...

I have a 83 280zx and i have the digi display and hate it! I go autoxing and need to actully c my rpms not a bar goin up and down... i did a search on the fourms and didnt find anyhting i was wondering how exactly you installl a tach?

hahahhah my uncle lives in japan and i go there about once a year... we where talkin about it cuz last time i went i met an old ass guy that made a drift spec z... and tha one ur ewwin and awwwin at is another drift spec 2+2, it had a l28e with makunies and then swaped in a RB25 i believe and then did a R32 rear end and it has skyline R32 coils all around, with the tops welded on, and custome made rear strut towers, lotta custom work done on that, and the pic of it in that tan is actully tha final color the green was the first one then the tan, its a real real real nice car theres a video of it hella smooth... but doesnt get as mad angle as those pos 240's lol but yea my uncle seemed to know a nice bit about it he sent me a link a while ago... if i find it ill let u know and that bumper is like alomst a g a uk company makes it....

do you use a certin tool? or something im just sceard im gunna mess up my seals.... since my dd broke down im stuck drivein my track z lol.... and its brakes are donezo
