It's been a while, but bump.

looking for a car to enter in the up coming lemons race here in houston. So im looking for a "$500" running car... And what better than a Z!!! So if anyone is looking to get rid of their "running" car, body condition is irrelevant, and as per rules, i cannot spend any more than 500 total to get the car ready for race, not including any safety equipment, such as roll cage, brakes, and wheel and tires. So if it does need some work, it needs to be fixable for less than $500...

hey, I'll chime in on this, i play a lot, have plenty of cars, but mostly stick to A and S class, i only do online races though... I'd be nice to have a HBZ lobby going on one of these days.

Once again, I'm looking for another megasquirt. please be in working order and complete, Any version is ok, going with a mostly stock set up. Thanks!

Sorry, I just grabbed an universal for 3". It was black plastic..

I just bought one that some what fit at Advanced Autoparts, drilled the holes for the right size and milled the inside of it, took me a whole 20 mins with clean up...

Ditto, except im on the stock 15's. But would definitely jump on this if available, it's roughly what i paid for my S30 upgrade and LOVE the difference. Definitely go with four piston, the more the better, and so far, toyota hasn't let me down on my S30 (including some less than legal punishment that will not be discussed...) But know you have interest on my end.

I'm going to have to replace the starter on my 82 ZXT, and was wondering if i should go with the reduction gear style that it came with or if i should use a non reduction gear like the ones in the S30 (I have a spare one) Now the real question is if there is any mechanical advantage of one over the other, besides the fact that price is lower if i was to go new for the N/A one... Thanks guys.

That's excatly what i did, and how much i paid too =) However, my other DD got totaled as soon as i got my 280z running, so i used the Z as a DD for about 6 months, and it did fail me twice, granted it had a tired motor, so i expected it. Now I'm almost done with my L28ET swap, and do plan on DDing it afterwards. I also just recently purchased an 82 ZX that i will keep as backup. But DO plan on having a secondary vehicle just for the fact that these are old vehicles. Besides the ZX I also have access to one of my dad's trucks for use, in case both are down for the count

you just help me decide what wheels i want for my car. So PLEASE do update on how they fit
