Ive aquired webmaster duties for my car club's website. The webmaster has not had time to set anything up and the website was down for over 2 weeks. actually, it does belong here because the questions are more geared towards basic datsun L6 knowledge. I will try my best to answer your questions. The L6, in all the years it was made, L28, L26, L24, all have parts interchangability. So if something does not fit, there are some problems My girlfriend has a 77, i dont recall seeing any differences in where the turbo engine would effect clearance in any other way than the donor car it came from. The turbo will not hit the steering shaft, or at least what i see it wont.

i will look in the garage for an afm tommorow. what number is on yours? you can have it for free if i have one. early CHRIStmas present hehe.

maybe you might not want to use a remote starter. You may leave your car in gear overnight, and when you click start in your bedroom when you are getting ready for work on a cold morning, your car will go right through your house. LOL there is a reason you cant find them for manual transmission cars.

any 4th gen camaro. Ive helped many guys change plugs. for the ones closet to the firewall, you have to go under the car, and wiggle your way in so you can break them loose.

Chris, that would be moisture in your Throttle Positioning Sensor. Is the black box on the side of the throttle body. Unplug that and see how she revs. If it is, just let it dry, or dry it yourself.

how cool is that! i knew it was something with the fuel, but i hate to be wrong about the fuel pump.

You still didnt replace the pump. Like i said before, it is backfiring through the intake.

supercharger is too much work to fab up. nissan made stock turbo manifolds which would be more efficiant and easier to use. a turbo can make more power in an L series engine than a superchager can.
