  1. I'll add the finished pictures later tonight. Overall the process went great. Just needs some bodywork and it'll look pretty killer. This process was quite a bit easier than drilling out all the spot welds!! IMG_5770.MOV IMG_5773.MOV
  2. Had the same sunroof on my 70 240Z. I have already cut out the majority of the old roof and I'm getting ready for final trim. The Industry Garage roof is sitting waiting to be installed. Been back and forth with Tim there about the best method to install. Those guys install the roof a couple of different ways on their YouTube channel. Either way its a top quality product that I'm very impressed with so far.
  3. call them - they built me two wheels and shipped Maine within 8 days. i'll post pic of them installed later.
  4. Ohm contacted me this week regarding my axle issues (see below). I'm going to stick it out as I like the design, happy with the build quality and I want to support a company making products for our chassis.
  5. I have the rear end kit. Everything fitted in fine, albeit the diff needed a little "persuasion". But still waiting on axles. Basically getting the exact same runaround you are. I've called, texted, emailed, facebook, instagram and still getting nowhere. Last I heard I was getting them by end of August at the latest - but no go. I'm at a point of looking for a partial refund and getting the axles specs to someone else.
  6. My Apex install thus far. Waiting for the axles to complete.
  7. Dusty - what brake bracket is that? Have you a link to it?
  8. Good - Ohm did tell me mine are coming end of the month.
  9. thanks for uploading these. Great reference. I'll add mine tonight.
  10. Dusty - are you able to fit the 350Z rotor/caliper setup behind a 15" wheel? Any chance you could post a few pictures of the setup? Thanks.
  11. bump - I'm looking to sell parts but I still cannot post in the FS section.
  12. Thanks all. I'll be back at it again this evening. The camera will roll. Updates are forthcoming.
  13. I'll stick this here knowing the subject has probably been beat to death already. Recently rebuilt mikuni 44phh carbs and added a Schneider 270-80f cam to E88 head, 2.6l block. Fuel pressure is at 3.5psi. The car started a little rough with a lot of backfire through the carb. I thought of the dizzy being 180 out but confirmed it wasn't. I have start to play around with advancing the timing. Initially it was idling at 0deg and rough, 2-3000rpm would hit 15-18deg and smooth out the roughness. Fuel pressure is at 3.5psi. I currently have the: Mikuni pilot screws are all out 1.5 turns. Idle sitting 1000rpm 15 advance at idle 2-3000rpm advance is probably at 30deg (off the scale) Still getting backfire through carbs particularly on cylinder 1 at idle. Next steps tonight are too sync the carbs, adjust with the idle on backfiring carbs - am I missing anything? I've attached an idle video and picture of jet sizes. Any input or comments would be helpful.
