The manual for my Utlra direct fire system is like 10 pages and all of that is Kanji. It would great if there was a web support site and too bad this one gone. Hopefully someone here could help you out.

I got sucker in by the CARB/Black Car thing....now I am not sure what to think of this. When I was in the Navy I spent some great times in Australia but do not recall any talk about "Drop Bears", I was only ever concerned about Sallies and the hope that they would leave by the morning. I have only been to Perth, Darwin, Brisbane and Townsville so maybe "Drop Bears" are not a problem there. If the story of Roger is true I hope you are able to find a new Roo for the family.

CARB is a board of TOTAL IDIOTS! Next black interiors, then they will ban leather, black steering wheels, black tires, blacktop, black convertible tops, etc....end does it end with these enviromental wackos. The worst part about these CARB morons is that they are not elected but they have so much power. Are we really living in a free country?

We purchased one and like it very much, it saves a lot of headaches.

There is a guy in San Diego trying to sell a red 72-73, it has some problems and his asking price was like $3500. It was on ebay and Craig's List San Diego. My buddy is taking me to look at his uncle's 74 Fairlady in National City CA next week. It has been in the garage for the last 20 years so I am not sure of what I might see. I might offer to buy it. I got a friend in Japan who wants me to build a twin turbo L28 for him and it will only work in a Fairlady.

Inspiring...building one in the same fashion too, ours is more of a resto-race mod. I am doing most of the build which should save a ton of cash. So many things I see in the pictures are the same thing we are doing. Going with the 3.1 stroker for our car....thanks so much for posting the pictures, it really helped visualize the ideas that were already in our minds. Looking forward to seeing more pictures in the future.

I will ask Tom if it is his car, but I do not think so. I think he only made the two that were used in "Delirious" a John Candy movie from the early 90s. I do not believe he made this one.

Very interesting post Ryan, I really like what you did. I did something like that the other night in the garage but I took a little different approach, I will take a picture and post it. I wanted to use the factory cup and cut like Ryan did but I would rather have those blue plastic cups he made. Ryan please consider mass production of that cup you might not make a ton of money but you would be helping out other Z owners. I discovered the fit of the Tach and Speedo is not as easy if you want it look clean. Great

How hard is to find rubber for that set up? I will be running Panasport 3 pc racing wheels 16X12" and 16X10", I have only started looking for the rubber.

I got MSA horns on my 73 that has 72 SUs on it. I use the ITG filters, which I think work great and look real good too.

Thank you...that is why I used the words "guaging interest", I can sell it anywhere I chose. See the point is I can dismantle the car or let someone else do thus I would have nothing to sell....so I was seeing if it was worth my time as I am a very busy person. But thanks for the great advice...I will take it under consideration.
