  1. I didn't mean to offend you, I meant pictures of mine.
  2. Wheels to fit our Z cars but you need to use their "wheel deal" link then enter your state, then look at the bottom of the vehicle list for Z cars.
  3. I am not sure pictures would display how well they work.
  4. They can be removed but you will be left with the holes and an outline on the chhrome where they were. You should be able to see the screw/bolts that are holding them on.
  5. I found some here in AZ, $31 a gallon. If anyone needs some let me know.
  6. I'd check on the John Deere option. As you can see here http://www.desertzassociation.com/membersrides/Robert/75z/pic/pic8.jpg my car is flat black with a catalyzed primer. I also spoke with some old school street rodders prior to painting it and they suggested Dupont DP 90. I tried that first and it lasted about one year in the sun. This second application of the catalyzed primer seems to be much more durable. It is also a sealer some moisture is not a problem but oily stuff can be.

  8. I just bought the adjustable ones, in hopes of keeping my new drag tires from rubbing. I have not installed them but am not sure they are going to fit. The fact that we have a strut inside the spring is going to make installation difficult and adjustability very difficult if possible at all.
  9. I am starting to accumulate parts for an engine rebuild. Basically a stock GM 350 with headers, Weiand intake #7546 and a Edelbrock 600CFM carb. I will be installing MSD distributor, MSD 6al, roller rockers and cam. Right now I am trying to understand intake terminology. I can "see" the difference between dual and single plane intakes but don't know which would be better. I currently have the existing intake, Weiand 7546, or also have a Weiand 8004, or a Edelbrock 2975. Which should I use, or should I sell them all and buy something else? The car is mainly just a strip car right now but would like to be able to pass emissions so i can drive it around town. Thanks in advance for any advice.
  10. I like the sound and I am pretty old, it is not my daily driver either.
  11. When I clicked on the ebay link for the G-nose that is for sale I got the Internet Explorer error page that asks if I want to report the problem or exit. I also happened the other day but I don't remember the post. I'll try and get a scfeen shot the next time it happens if that helps.
  12. Is anyone else having this problem? When I click on links in messages I end up with an IE error and get booted out.
  13. Keep us updated with pictures and progress, it keeps the rest of us motivated.
  14. Also drop me an email, I have 2 Hybrid books,(one is loaned out right now). I have a standard 350 hybrid and am helping a friend build a Hybrid with the 350 and a Ford 9" rear end. We are more than happy to share experiences.

  17. about the man that raised you. I have not always seen eye to eye with my father, but thank him for his patience every time I am able to fix something on my own. I wish you the strength to make it through this rough time and to remember him for the wealth he gave you.
  18. How thick is the filler? If it is more than a 1/4" or so it will continue to crack. What type are you trying to use?
