    I live next to Ft Benning and there is not much here to increase the competition to lower prices, I have to go to ATL just to get engine work done as well.

    My wifes car has a burnt plug that controls the fuel pump at the back of the steering wheel, I need that plug. Pic below is it, I need to sale this car and focus on my 73, lol.

    I do realize this is limited information to diagnose my troubles, just looking for a few places to start. Stock L28ET also.

    I got an 83 turbo ZX that loses power @ 4lbs of boost, runs good without getting into the pedal. What are some areas of the turbo system I can check based off of similar problems that others have experienced?

    Good choice, get all the major components "refreshened" and upgraded first ie. brakes, body kits, suspension etc..., faster engines /more HP need all that done first anyway.

    Got my maxima flat brackets in the mail today, taking them to the machine shop tomorrow and getting them cut to fit my hub. Once that is done, I will do more measurements to make sure the calipers are centered on the rotor before milling down the mounting surfaces for the offset. Pics will follow.

    What would be the "better" blasting material, I know sand would scar them up

    Great thread! Before I start rebuilding my 40's type 4s, what is the best way to clean the outside of the carbs to get them back to original luster?

    Straight out sell, 200-300. A numbers matching restoration would make the car worth more.
