    27 then, it failed that test, plus my fuel pump pin test...I get voltage at the coil, and none on the plugs... to me, if I'm correct, the ECU is the problem.

    I did all of the electrical test from the FSM on the computer and it failed the 26 or 27 pin test (can't remember), but the FSM says replace the computer. Also, I had to hard wire my fuel pump to an accessory switch and it works but not with the factory wires. Is my problem the ECU? thanks in advance!

    I got a GL edition. Has everything in it, T-tops, Borg Warner, digital dash etc... I need pics of the engine bay, specifically starter wires, vacuum wires...needless to say, the original owner was not mechanically inclined and all the wires/hoses are not where they are supposed to be. Thanks

    well I went and got an 83 turbo ZX, what to do now...one has to go!!!! Triples or Turbo????

    Building a Z motor (stock) is easy, as long as you have the right tools, plus I have a friend that used to build race engines in the 80's

    Stroker motor is definitely a tough build, I would rather buy one that's done up already. I will ask my contact in Atlanta what he did to his head, I know he did mild porting and polishing, MSD ignition, triple webers, but not sure about anything else.

    Luckily I have friends back home and in Atlanta that run this head with no issues, just gotta get their input

    Rebuild the F54 bottom end, flat tops and triple mikunis. I might do some mild port/polishing on the head...not sure. I think this will be fun enough for an old school car

    What will tell me that I have a maxima N47 head, without removing it from the engine? Is there a casting of MN47?

    Those are hard to find, I've tried on here as well. I had some made from the flat maxima brackets, but it is lots of machining. Search the forums for instructions on here because the flat ones are easy to find.

    I bought the $200 eBay seat covers that have the Z logo and they are outstanding quality, double stitched with new foam...FYI

    Luckily Rock auto had a rebuilt Nabco 15/16 MC that I bought...yay me

    I think for now I will go with the stock PV, and test it as stated above...logically thinking, it seems I would have the same amount of fluid to move with the larger brakes compared to the stock setup, given that I have the bigger MC.
